Schlitz is a beautiful little town, and Hotel Vorderburg is a great place to stay. It is an old and characterful building tucked away in a quiet walled square (... except when the church bells are ringing on Sunday morning, when it is quite loud!). A small but beautiful room, with lots of natural light, a view across the river, very comfortable bed, desk area and nice bathroom. There's no restaurant for lunch or dinner in the hotel but a great breakfast is provided, with alot of choice of fruits, meat, cheese, bread, croissants, etc. And absolutely charming staff. Even those that didn't speak English were so helpful and nice, and managed to communicate very well. I loved it.

Das Hotel Vorderburg in Schlitz können wir nur empfehlen. Kleine aber gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Frühstück auch sehr gut und liebevoll hergerichtet. Die Hotelbesitzerin und das Service Personal freundlich. Einzigster Minuspunkt war, die Heizung wurde früh nicht warm.

Angenehme Unterkunft in alten Gemäuern. Kostenfreies Parken bei Direktbuchung. Zimmer eher klein und einfach, aber alles sehr sauber, gepflegt. Freundliche Leute, nur die Chefin ist ein wenig zu kurz angebunden und auch gerne mal belehrend.

Das Standard Doppelzimmer ist klein, wer einen Schrank sucht- Fehlanzeige. Das renovierte Hotel ist einladend, gemütlich und sauber eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist gut, wer Eierspeisen möchte muss es extra bezahlen. Es liegt zentral und sehr schön. Was für mich sehr wichtig ist, dass die Inhaberin und das Personal freundlich sind. In einem Reiseführer Prag habe ich mal gelesen, die Leute dort sind ´menschlich´. Das wäre hier auch zutreffend. die Inhaberin Gräfin hat wenig Freude in ihrem schönen Hotel.

Der Parkplatz war unerwartet kostenpflichtig. Davon stand nichts in der Buchung. Die Hotelbesitzerin ließ kein Argument gelten und behauptete, die Information über *********** geschickt zu haben. Da ich diese nicht erhalten habe, müsse ich ein Problem mit meinem Provider haben. Warme Eierspeisen waren ebenfalls nur als Extra zu bestellen und zu bezahlen. Insgesamt waren die Gespräche kurz angebunden und nicht Kunden-orientiert.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit viel Charme! Wir waren früher jährlich hier, mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurde das wunderschöne alte Gebäude aufgewertet und mit viel Charme versehen. Mit freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Service werden Gäste umsorgt, man fühlt sich willkommen und zuhause, vielen Dank für den kurzen, schönen Aufenthalt!

Einmaliges Ambiente, zuvorkommender Service, tolle Lage! Große, ruhige Zimmer, ausgiebiges und opulentes Frühstück (wenn auch manche Dinge gegen Aufpreis), fairer Preis - der Umweg von der Autobahn zahlt sich allemal aus.

Dieses Hotel liegt mitten im historischen Zentrum von Schlitz. Schon bei der Ankunft beeindruckt das Ensemble hier oben. Parken kann man problemlos für 5€ vor der Tür. Der Empfangsbereich ist sehr offen gehalten, der Checkin geht sehr fix und einfach. Zimmer sind modern - gar nicht wie auf den Fotos hier, ich habe ein paar neue eingestellt - und von der Größe gut, Badezimmer ist klein aber alles funktionierte sehr gut. Schnelles einfaches Internet. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Getränke gibt es im Foyer mit Strichliste. Schön dass es noch Vertrauen gibt! Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und frisch. Kaffeewünsche und Eierspeisen werden gegen Aufpreis erfüllt. Das Hotel wird von einer sehr freundlichen und kundenorientierten Dame geführt, die sich auch wirklich kümmert. Ich komme sicherlich wieder, wenn ich in der Gegend bin!

Unser Ladehalt im Hotel Vorderburg war ein Glücksfall. Das Appartment für die Familie mit kleinen Kindern perfekt, der Ort gediegen, das Hotel sehr gut geführt. Mit tollen Tipps ausgestattet fanden wir auch ein tolles lokal für das Abendessen. Und am nächsten Morgen ein ausgezeichnetes Buffet zum Zmorge. Am Schluss wären wir gerne noch geblieben, leider ging das nicht.
