A hotel with a hot spring. The view from the balcony is good. It’s not far from the lake. It’s suitable for walking. If you don’t want to go to the town to eat at night, you can eat at the restaurant on the first floor. The breakfast is pretty good. It turned out to be an international chain

It didn't augur well - we booked for a family of five; three had to drop out; so it was father and daughter only. Got to Bristol Airport - my passport was out of date (EU 10-year rule - NO-ONE had alerted me to this). KLM were useless. Go home, book a slot at the Passport Office in Newport, rebook a flight, re-book the hotel etc etc - massive loss of dosh .... Result? The most wonderful 8 days bonding with my daughter in a fantastic hotel apartment in Schliersee, with superb staff and restaurant; comfort, scenery, infrastructure, facilities to DIE for ...... and absolutely glorious skiing in stunning landscape (which at my age was an unexpected mega-bonus). Having been there in Summer weather before too, this has to be one of the finest destinations in Europe (imho!).

Our second visit and definitely not disappointed! Once again Karma has exceeded our expectations. The staff were amazing and the rooms second to none. An unexpected bonus was the tourist card that allows free travel in the local area plus generous discounts for local businesses. There is a multitude of activities to be had in the area and the scenery is like something out of The Sound of Music. We cannot fault this amazing resort and we will be back!!! Thankyou

We visited from Northern Ireland with friends as we joined Karma last year. From check in to check out we had a 5* experience. Breakfast had a full spread We had dinner in the hotel 2 nights which was really good. Leisure facilities great. Handy for the train to get into Munich We got the cable car and had a meal in restaurant which was very good. Staff were all very courteous and helpful. We will definitely be back to maybe try the ski slopes.

Lovely hotel in great location within easy walking distance of the lake and all shops, bars etc. Rooms are exceptionally comfortable and well appointed, staff are amazing with nothing too much trouble and food is top notch. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough it is excellent in all respects.

We recently spent a week at Karma Schliersee in Bavaria. The resort was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Chris made sure we were well versed in the sites and activities of the area and made us welcome on our arrival. The resort is well placed and it is a short walk to the town and lake. The ski fields are also within a short distance. Whilst we visited in summer, we were still able to take a ride on the ski lifts and, although we didn't come down on the trikes or taboggan, we enjoyed watching those that did. We also went to the 3 surrounding lakes and were amazed at their beauty and all the activities they provided. Innsbruck & Salzburg in Austria were within easy access and we also visited Neuschwanstein Castle. Thank you Karma for a wonderful time. Jeff & Jeanette

We stayed 9 nights at Karma Bavaria and enjoyed our stay very much. All the staff were friendly, courteous and were happy to give suggestions on places to visit, things to do around the area and places to dine at. Out of the 9 nights we dined in house on 4 of the nights. Their menu was varied, very reasonably priced and well presented. The beds were comfy, the linen good quality and the room was spotlessly clean. The Spa, swimming pool and Sauna was a welcome treat after a day of skiing. The location is great, only a short 7 minute walk into Schliersee town where you can hop on a bus or train to 2 skiing areas close by. I would not hesitate to recommend Karma Bavaria for anyone looking for an enjoyable holiday. We hope to visit again.
