We stayed two nights and chose the hotel based on previous stays here. The location is very good with a short walk to shopping and the harbor area. Parking is available behind the hotel at EUR 8. Our room was spacious, quiet and clean. It was equipped with a coffee maker and a safe, The included breakfast was good with a choice of hot and cold dishes. The bacon was not well prepared and the homemade cake a bit dull, but all in all a nice stay.

We probably won't be coming back. The lady at the reception was friendly, but didn't know much about it. The room was "old-fashioned" and right next to the construction site (that saves the alarm clock...) The breakfast room and the breakfast buffet were unloving. We felt like we were in a waiting room. We are not used to this quality from Best Western and we wonder where the four stars come from??!!

My stay during the Crocus Blossom Festival and beyond was extremely pleasant as all of the hotel staff were friendly, attentive and helpful at all times. Every question was answered and I also received tips for places to visit in the area, all of which were accurate.

Overall, we had a nice and pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious, very well equipped and clean. The beds and the duvets/pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast is served until a pleasant 10:30 a.m., and you don't have to check out until 11:00 a.m. The breakfast is good and offers a wide selection. The only thing that could have been improved was the cheese slices, which showed that they were no longer quite as fresh. The service and the staff are perfect, including in the adjacent restaurant/brewery. The food and the really delicious beer are highly recommended here.

We spent two nights in the hotel and were completely satisfied. Our room was at the back and therefore particularly quiet. But the front is also on a narrow, quiet street. The room was well equipped (Best Western standard), clean and had plenty of space to spread out our luggage. The bathroom was modern (shower) and also up to date. Breakfast offered a large selection and lots of tasty food, and the service was very present - exemplary. The parking fee in the hotel's own car park was €7. Unfortunately, the brewery/restaurant in the hotel is only open Thursday to Saturday. The only downside: the price for breakfast is €20 per person.

Chosen as a stopover on the way to Denmark. Very friendly telephone contact, requests such as no stairs were implemented. Wheelchair accessible from the car park. Google doesn't know the area well, the Totengang is not fully accessible from Nordbahnhofstrasse. Upper floors accessible by elevator, which is turned off after 10 p.m. Room and bathroom clean, quiet and beds comfortable. Breakfast excellent and sumptuous. Everything from grains to sausages and eggs, sausage and cheese with the names of local producers, various salads, especially herring salad. The highlight for us, beer jelly, can also be bought at reception. The breakfast conservatory was Nordically fresh in keeping with the season, the coffee very good and plentiful. We were in the hotel on a short trip. Everything was great. Very nice staff and great breakfast. The building is pleasantly furnished and the attached brewery serves delicious food and good homemade beer. We would love to come back

Very clean and relatively quiet! Good breakfast! Unfortunately the mattress and pillow in room 115 are no good! Back pain! The springs are very noticeable! The TV is difficult to turn off! The remote control hardly responds. Otherwise close to the city. Easily accessible on foot.
