Not customer friendly. NO free cancellation, despite corresponding advertising. Quote: "... Corona disease is not a reason for free cancellation ..." So be careful, guests could be proven to have Corona. We made a cancellation due to the positive PCR test result. No goodwill, no credit or partial refund. Even expenses that were not incurred, e.g. for breakfast, room service or final cleaning, were not reimbursed. In addition, the option to leave a review on the booking portal is obviously no longer possible after the cancellation. NOT RECOMMENDED. Jürgen B.
