Comfortable & clean. Efficient staff although some didn't speak English. Dinner time was a little too early (finishes 7:30) then everyone seems to go straight to bed. Bar is under-utilised, no encouragement by staff to have a drink in the bar. Dinner was tasty enough but most desserts were very simple, berries and cheap ice cream, fruit and ice cream, yoghurt and jam. I received the wrong main course 1 night. Breakfast was limited, no pastries, only tinned fruit, boiled eggs were the only hot option and if you were after 8:30 the buffet wasn't replenished. I was abandoned by Crystal as I was the only British guest so they wouldn't come to see me. I had to walk a mile into town every night if I wanted to see the reps or any other British guests. Overall a disappointing experience for me but if you like a quiet peaceful stay and like going to bed at 8pm this may be suitable for others.

Really impressed with our stay at this hotel. Ski bus is right outside and buses are regular and on time! Staff are very helpful, friendly. Food was excellent … Rooms were good … showers lovely and hot after long day on slopes. Great value and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending…

Good hotel and food. We were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed our holiday thanks mainly to Tom. A fantastic asset to the hotel. Hotel is on a nice quiet location on the edge of town but within walking distance.

Great Hotel, clean, good food , good ski room with heated boot racks and a fantasic wellness centre. The saff Tom and Renate can't do enough to help you from advice on the best walks to advising on the best wine..Briliant place

Wir wurden im Hotel freundlich begrüßt und empfangen, die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich. Die Reiseunterlagen wurden vom Veranstalter zu spät an uns geschickt, aber an der Rezeption war das alles kein Problem. Der junge Mann druckte uns den Voucher für die Liftkarten. Ein besonderes Lob gebührt dem Kellner Wolfgang, nett, freundlich, immer gut gelaunt und gibt auch sehr gute Tipps. Das Hotel kann sich glücklich schätzen einen so guten Mitarbeiter wie Wolfgang zu haben!!

Wir waren eine Woche Gast dieses Hauses und waren rundum zufrieden. Der Bus bleibt direkt vor der Haustür stehen und bringt dich zur Palnai in ein paar Minuten, von dort gehen weitere Busse zu den Wanderzielen. Das Hotel hat sehr gutes Personal, das bei den Gästen sehr gut angekommen ist. Besonders Tom der Kellner hat mir imponiert, er schaukelt das Restaurant zum Teil alleine und ist trotzdem immer gut gelaunt und freundlich. Man muss auch nicht lange auf Getränke oder Essen warten, er ist einfach Super. Solches Personal sollte man festhalten. Auch die Frühstücksdame Renate ist erwähnenswert, sie hat immer einen Wandertip parat und ist für jedes Späßchen zu haben. Wir kommen wieder

Wir waren 2021 im Schladmingerhof. Wir freuten uns schon auf die neu renovierten Zimmer, wurden dann aber in die alten Apartmentzimmer gesteckt. Da wir mit einem Kind unterwegs waren, saßen wir auch nicht im Hauptrestaurant, sondern in einem kleinen Raum. Wir mussten jeden Abend auf uns Aufmerksam machen, damit man uns bedient. Für ein 4* Hotel war das Frühstücksbuffet ziemlich lieblos hergerichtet, die Getränkepreise waren dafür sehr hoch. Positiv: Eine Kellnerin war extremst freundlich und bemüht. Das nächste Mal in Schladming werden wir sicherlich in einem anderen Hotel übernachten!

In diesem Hotel wird man noch von der CHEFIN empfangen. Das Energiebündel RENATE kümmert sich nicht nur wie ein Wirbelwind um das Frühstücksbuffet, sondern gibt auch Tipps für das individuelle Tagesprogramm. Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles was man braucht, Zimmer sauber, groß genug,... Alles in allem ein nettes Hotel, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Wir können dies gerne weiter empfehlen.
