This hotel is right in the center of the town. Restaurants and shops are just steps away.
Hotel design is cool and modern.
For the shower, the water pressure is great, so much more enjoyable with the head rain forest shower type.

This is probably one of the best hotels in Schladming. Perfectly styled and cozy with every single detail carefully selected. You will feel like at home. Moreover, the staff is extremely nice and helpful. The location is bonus. On the mail street with shops and restaurants and bars and just 300m from the planai gondola. It has a parking. This was one of our best experiences in Austria and I am highly recommending it. Keep up doing the great work!

We spent a very good time at the JOHANN hotel and restaurant in July 2024. The personnel was kind an friendly. Sushi was excellent, cakes very good. Many choices for breakfast and dinner. We consider that there were to many fluffy decorations.

Lovely hotel with helpful and pleasant staff. Very pleasant wellness with an impressive view. unfortunately the rooms are really smaller, but practically furnished with lots of shelves and hooks for hanging things. dinner and breakfast very tasty. The hotel looks really nice on Schladming square, it is nice to sit in front of it and you can watch the action on the square. You can park in front of the hotel, but if the hotel is full, the parking spaces are quite tight.

Strange hotel, great location but not much to it . No bar in the actual hotel, it's on on the front, in a separate hut on the street. The rooftop pool is ok but no bar to order drinks. The room we had was pokey, the double bed was tight to the wall on one side so that person had to climb to the front of the bed to get in & out (several rooms like this so reception staff say) Our error for not checking on the room size but having stayed all over Austria we have never had a room so small, Paying £200 per night it's a joke! Won't be coming back, lovely resort though and friendly helpful staff....

A wonderful place to stay, quirky modern twist with traditional Austrian style. The hotel staff were amazing, very helpful and very friendly. Hotel is located in the heart of town great for access to ski lifts, shops and bars. Will definitely be heading back 😜

We stayed for 4 nights with the purpose of great skiing. The room was modern and clean. We went to the spa everyday after skiing and it was great with different saunas and a relaxing area. Also the view from the outdoor pool was stunning. We took the half board which was the best decision since both the breakfast and dinner was delicious. Would definitely recommend!
