"This is a business hotel. The shuttle service comes on time and in 30mins intervals. The room is spacious and clean. the service is ok. some staff are really friendly, some are not. It depends. The only thing we hate is the pillows. all the pillows provided were ridiculously soft. it is as if the pillow case were almost empty. Had a bad neck for my 3 night stay here. other than that, all is good."

Her smile was bright and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel was lovely. My room was nice. The bed was comfortable and quiet. I slept well. My wake-up call came on time, thank you 😊. "I think the overall trip to the Bastion Hotel was decent. The location was really convenient if you're looking for somewhere near the airport, especially for a short stay. The shuttle bus from the airport was on time and had great service. Cleanliness was good, with a bit of dust, but overall, it was great with standards. Still, I would say that the facilities will need checking due to the lack of refurbishment; some lights in the room were flashing, and the shower overflowed with water because the drain wasn't working."
