The variety of small delicacies awaiting the arrival of all the guests is appreciated, the fine hot Sfogliatina is excellent which in winter is booked with late Radicchio and now with Asparagus, delicate Fettuccine with Spring Vegetables in a duet with a handmade Raviolone , but Tradition is always present (two examples above all: Gargati with the Consiero and in season the Bigoli co 'l'Arna). The choice of main courses is excellent, someone chose a delicate Fillet with Green Pepper Mustard and Cognac for the meat, others could not resist the strong dish from Vicenza (Polenta and Baccalà), still others recipes of the post Easter period based on Lamb ..
