Quality Inn O'Hare Airport Reviews

Price pretty much reflected experience. Picked this hotel because it was cheaper than others in the area, very close to O’Hare, and had a free airport shuttle. Lobby and outside of building was slightly deceiving; the atmosphere significantly dwindled once you got to the hallways. Dark, small and creepy looking hallways with no elevator. Rooms were okay. Bathroom was clean but toilet had an ugly industrial handle and pretty much all of the towels had stains on them. Various stains around the room too, such as the curtains which had many odd looking marks (hopefully not blood??) and the comforters had a couple of weird looking spots too. Everything else was fine except for the fact that the fan unit was completely broken and it was hot all night. Service was helpful and the free shuttle was a huge plus, but overall a pretty dingy and outdated hotel. Also, kind of a picky note but vending machines in the lobby only took small bills; no cards.

Very nice place, staff great. Clean rooms, excellent restaurant inside. Not expensive.

Good location Close to airport and next to the airport car parking lot.

The place was really great for the travelers who’s going to take planes. However, the price was quite expensive compare to its quality. Good for the airport users.

The walls are not soundproofed, the public and next door rooms are noisy, the hygiene in public places is poor, the pipes in the shower next door are loud in the middle of the night, making it impossible to sleep, the air conditioning facilities are old, and the temperature when entering the room is very hot

The attitude of the hotel staff is poor, I don't know if it is because it is too busy Breakfast has been out of service for a while Only coffee and tea available Traffic is very inconvenient no convenience store

Checked in at 4:00 PM, prepaid Orbitz with no problems. Took my credit card info, gave us room cards with room number on folder. Clerk did not ask for ID. Had nice dinner in on site restaurant. Early to bed since had to be up at 3:00 AM for flight. At 12:45 PM, phone rang twice, no one there. Three minutes later knocking on door. Night desk clerk, "you are not registered here, I have to see your ID." Not how you want to be awakened in the middle of the night. Photographed driver's license. No apology, acted like we were squatters. At 3:30, went to check out and get an apology. Showed night clerk keys, key folder with room number, Orbitz confirmation page. Asked for printout of stay. Got nothing. Complained since it was obviously hotel's fault. Got one word. "apologies". no explanation, no real remorse. Still acted like we were in the wrong, There are plenty of other airport hotels near O'Hare. Will not be staying at this one again.

Very reasonable price, comfortable bed with nice sheets and proper pillows that are full of volume. I'd opt for a king size bed here anytime for long layovers or delayed flights. Water pressure is decent for the showers, heating worked well.

The price was very reasonable, and the hotel was very close to O’Hare airport, which was nice. The room was decent and this was a perfectly good place to stay for my layover. However, I was very disappointed that they did not have a breakfast. I stay at hotels all the time, and I cannot remember a hotel not having breakfast There was no restaurant close by so this was very inconvenient. For a person on a layover I was forced to buy expensive food at O’Hare airport. if you don’t care about breakfast, this is a great hotel to stay for a layover at O’Hare but I do care about breakfast, and I would not come back here again. I stay at Quality Inn’s all the time and this is the only one that did not have breakfast and I am really disappointed.

Bring your own sugar. Stayed two days and no sugar in their coffee. Big sign says they are out of sugar. I would think somebody could just go to a local store and buy sugar. I mean how difficult can that be?
