The location had not much around and out of the way, but the room and breakfast were good. Chicago has new rules about prepaid cards not being accepted for deposits but this hotel did the time I was there.

再好的設施，再好的環境地理位置，我也再不會選擇歡朋了。
暑假通過其他平台訂了西海岸的一家歡朋，全額預付訂單，結果退房後被酒店再次扣款。
這次通過攜程訂，同樣的問題再次發生，鑒於暑假的經驗教訓，退房的時候特地問前台要receipt，前台不肯給，説是通過第三方預訂的，協和要問第三方要（也是蠻奇葩的，第一次這種情況）。然後退房後半個小時，銀行提示，信用卡被扣了全額房款。
聯繫攜程，酒店給出的理由還是和暑假時候一樣，説他們沒有收到這個第三方的付款，所以直接扣客人的信用卡了。聯繫了攜程售後客服，酒店各種拖拉，遲遲沒有給出明確的答覆，和暑假那次一模一樣。
如果是一次，那我可能會覺得是預訂平台的問題，不到3個月的時間裏，再次發生同樣的問題，而且是在同一個連鎖品牌不同酒店發生的。問題出在哪裡，很清楚了。
歡朋上我的黑名單了，再也不會選擇這家連鎖品牌的任何酒店了。
