Novotel Rotterdam Schiedam

I went there for Novotel, but I didn't expect it to be an INN room, and it's far from the city. There's only a gas station in the distance, and no commercial facilities. Three people stayed in one room, one of which was a sofa bed. The quilt was hard and heavy, and it was very stuffy without turning on the air conditioner. The highlight of the room was that there was an outdoor swimming pool outside the window, with a good view; there was a cloakroom where you could stack suitcases and sundries, which was very useful.

Stayed for 1 night, excellent hotel. Reception staff were professional and friendly. One serious drawback that bothered me and that I think is a bad thing is that there is no cleaning at all during the day and evening. The outside area near the smoking area was filthy, trash cans had not been emptied, there were a lot of dirty cups on the tables, not inviting to go onto the terrace. In the morning you saw that cleaning had come by, but this must be checked continuously throughout the day.
