Ocean House Scheveningen

It was a great little aparthotel type of accommodation near the beach. It is on the cutest little beach street with a dozen of restaurants, cafes,and shops. The beds were very comfortable. The little minikitchen has what you need for a couple of days or longer. The hotel staff was beyond kind and helpful!

Ocean House is a charming hotel on a pedestrian/bike only stretch of Keizerstraat, close to the sea. Tram stops, several great restaurants, a grocery store, and a terrific bakery are within a block or two of the hotel, including a terrific bakery/cafe (Hofje van Noman). The hotel is very clean & quiet. I booked a Family Studio, which was quite spacious for one person but also fine for a small family (queen size bed plus a sofa bed), including a kitchen and dining table for 4. Reception staff was friendly & helpful. I would absolutely stay here again. Note: the best Pilates studio in the Netherlands (one of the first in Europe) is across the street - The Pilates Studio; I was visiting for its 30th anniversary celebration.

We stayed with our 4 dogs in a luxury apartment. Staff were amazing. Beds were comfortable. Had a great time. Near to all facilities. Beautiful location near the beach. cannot wait to get the opportunity to stay again. Amazing xx

Stayed with our family of four, inc two young ones (6, 2). Unit was newly furnished and well laid out, providing clear separation between beds in a loft-style format. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare basic meals. Largely self service but there is a front desk service during normal business hours M-Sat. Great location on Kaizerstraat with a 3min walk to the beach. Everything you need is nearby - Albert Heijn supermarket, tram/bus, and lots of shops/restaurants. Few local family friendly standouts: Stormerij laundry service, Arawann Thai, Chiva coffee, Studio, Hart Beach restaurant, Patagonia Beach restaurant, Sealife aquarium and Stadsborderij ‘t Waaygat petting zoo / playground.

Quiet, spacious clean and comfortable self-catering apartment - room 001. Bed super-comfortable and has blackout curtains. Couldn’t work out how to get in front door when checking in but self-checkin worked by following instructions. Would have been good to have some instructions for dishwasher and wifi in the room. Walking distance to beach and tram 1.
