Great price quality. Services and atmosfeer are what one expects. A charming hotel by and for family. The authentic experience is what it sets apart from mainstream chain hotels. The breakfast made from local products is something people come back for.

This was our second year in a row going to the Schenna resort. The location is very nice with a good view. Staff of the hotel in every part of the hotel is very friendly. We had the vinea suite which is very good equiped with comfortable beds and are cleaned very well by the housekeeping staff. They have their own winery of which you buy wine in the hotel after your stay and also during dinner. The restaurant is very good with delecious food and a good variety of choices. One of the owners of the hotel does his round every day in the restaurant to greet all the guests and do some small talk which is a nice gesture to see he is really busy with his guests. Do keep in mind that German and Italian is the primary language, they do their best to speak English but this doensn''t always work out great...

Siamo appena rientrati dopo bellissima settimana ! Insieme alla mia famiglia, ho trascorso il capodanno in questo splendido albergo con enormi spazi e dal design moderno ed elegante. Camere pulite e spaziose , tutto il personale e’ professionale e gentile ( in particolare Ilaria del ricevimento, Roberto del ristorante e Melanie della zona bimbi). Ottimo il cibo con tante varietà' di pietanze. Ricca colazione con tanta scelta tra dolce e salato. Centro benessere perfetto per chi si vuole rilassare Ci ritorneremo sicuramente .

Siamo stati in questo resort venerdì e sabato con partenza domenica . Direi che le aspettative sono state soddisfatte : - Spa attrezzata , con piscina termale all’aperto molto suggestiva sopratutto nelle ore serali ( dalle 17,30 alle 19) - Ristorante all’altezza della struttura ; sia per quanto riguarda il menu che per quanto riguarda la gentilezza e professionalità del personale di Sala - Colazione abbondante e sopratutto anche in questo caso , molto apprezzata la gentilezza e la professionalità del personale - Camera ; ottima la climatizzazione e l’acqua ha una corretta pressione e ottima la Temperatura. Vista dalla suite perfetta per godere in pieno del paesaggio montano Unica segnalazione ; cuscini sottili non comodissimi per dormire

Resort eccellente, brunch eccezionale, personale molto accogliente e disponibile. Spa molto spaziosa e moderna. L’unico punto negativo non da sottovalutare, l’acqua della piscina non era calda, non ci siamo godute il momento di relax in acqua calda. Siamo dovute uscire subito perche faceva troppo freddo. Essendo dicembre mi aspettavo l’acqua termale fosse calda. Peccato considerando di aver pagato il dayspa per sfruttare soprattutto le piscine termali. Massaggiatrici brave.

Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert freundlich, sauber, gute Lage hervorragendes Essen, schöne Zimmer immer wieder eine Reise wert. Die Wassertemperatur im Außenbereich war sehr angenehm. Der Innenbereich sehr sauber schöne Liegen großer Ruheraum mit schönen Liegen alles sehr herzlich.

Wir waren bereits zum 3. Mal im Hotel und eigentlich war mein Motto immer, dass ich nie ein 2. Mal in ein Hotel gehe, da die Welt einfach zu groß ist, aber das Schenna Resort hat mich einfach nur überzeugt. Ich arbeite seit über 30 Jahren in der Reisebranchen und habe schon viele Hotels sehen dürfen, aber das Schenna Resort ist absolut der Hammer. Hier geht der Inhaber am Abend noch selbst von Tisch zu Tisch und spricht mit den Gästen. Er nimmt sogar noch Teller in die Hand und räumt ab. Es ist einfach nur toll. Das Essen ist unglaublich toll. Jeder Abend hat ein Thema und es gibt ein super 5 Gänge Menü mit Teilen vom Buffet. Frühstück auf der Terrasse macht einfach Spaß. Die Zimmer sind toll mit Ausblick und die Hausdamen sind super nett und machen einen tollen Job. Zum Geburtstag gab es ein großes Herz auf dem Bett. Einfach eine süße Geste.

Wir kommen seit 20 Jahren ins Schenna Resort (zu jeder Jahreszeit) und sind jedes Mal wieder begeistert. Es wird hier nie langweilig… Die Weiterentwicklung der Anlage begeistert… der neue Poolbereich mit einem eigenen Bistro ist der Hammer! Das ist der perfekte Ort zum verweilen in der Sonne mit einem Top Blick auf Meran und die Bergkulisse. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich, die Qualität und Auswahl ist hervorragend. Südtiroler Sterneküche! Sicherlich kommen nicht zuletzt deshalb so viele Stammgäste immer wieder hierher. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich, gut gelaunt und zuvorkommend! Der Chef kümmert sich hier noch persönlich um seine Gäste (u.a. abends als Tellertaxi)… Das ist eben noch ein familiengeführtes Haus. Die Gegend um Meran/Schenna hat zu jeder Jahreszeit einiges zu bieten. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt darauf…
