這是我最糟糕的住店經歷，我住過很多酒店，從快捷酒店到五星級酒店從國內到國外，也算攜程最忠實的用户，信賴攜程，去哪裡都從攜程定。去芝加哥開會，我的訂單費用比一起開會的朋友貴很多，貴就算了服務好就行，出門在外能不計較就不計較，我定了五個晚上，第二天房間沒有打掃，因為我參加的會議是從早上到晚上才回去，想可能是失誤，就算了將就一下，結果住了有一天後又開始不打掃，我住了五個晚上有兩天沒有打掃，我很納悶：是不是小費給少了，還是嫌棄中國人臟？有種族歧視？房間要自己打掃嗎？這就是我的房間費用比別人貴享受的服務，我一定要把糟糕的體驗寫出來！

The hotel was nice. The beds were nice. Hot water could have been warmer. Staff at check in was quiet. Only talked to me minimal. Can I have your ID and credit card and the elevator is behind you, floor 9. That’s all he says to me. Check out was good. We would stay again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I love the salt pool. The restaurant had very limited menu. It would have been nice to order breakfast later, like a brunch. Other than that wonderful. I will stay again. Also, walkable to convention center (attached).

Excellent Choice Excellent choice as I had to go on business with a twist of fun. The Hotels were booked up due to a popular festival. The pictures don't do this resort justice. It was beautiful, modern and updated. I will book again if need be. Only call out is the lack of curb appeal The front needs more of a landscaping team. The perennial's are giving more of an upkept esthetic which is the only lack for this property.

A great stay! I had a great stay. The hotel lobby is beautiful and well designed. My room was clean, comfortable and hand a view of the fountain. The hotel is conveniently located off the highway and two miles to the shopping mall.
