We had booked a suite and a room and wanted to have a bed for the baby, guess in which accommodation we found the small bed? In the double room, of course, despite the huge surface available in the suite; this is not invented. We had booked a night to be stayed and fed after 500 km of motorway. The guardian actively welcomed this evening then told us that the rest was closed and there were different hostels nearby. The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable. This hotel complex is in fact a spatial campus in the neobauhaus architecture of 2018: the spatial rooms with the dominant grey, white and brown are very well equipped but the minibar is absent and mineral water will be bored. The hotel facilities are very good, free parking is provided, and free public transport cards are also provided. I was pleasantly surprised. Google Maps couldn’t find the bus route. Had an aasy online checkin and was able to charge my EV in the carpark in the basement. Enjoyed the very nice breakfast, that just had everything you could wish - we left the hotel H4 with a full tank!

This is my first time staying at a self-service hotel. The experience was very good. The room was very clean, there was a kitchen, the tableware was complete and cleaned, and it was placed in the cabinet drawer under the stove. Oil and salt are available. The dishes are in the cabinet above, enough for three people. The sponge and detergent for washing dishes are on the edge of the pool. There is a microwave and a refrigerator. We bought vegetables, fruits and eggs and put them in the refrigerator. It was enough to eat for many days without purchasing them every day, and we saved money for eating out. The bathroom was bright and clean, Germany was dry, the towels in the bathroom were there, and they were dry at night. The hotel is located in the city center and the traffic at the door is very convenient. We took the bus to William Highland Park. Next to the hotel is the supermarket, it is very convenient to buy some daily necessities. This hotel is suitable for free travellers in Germany.

The hotel is in the middle of Kassel (Köningsplatz) and 10 minutes walk to the Documenta fifteen centre ruruHaus , Fridericianum museum and Documenta halle. Trams and busses nearby to all places. Friendly personal. The breakfast room was large and the breakfast buffet was very well a good start for exploring Kassel with all sort of bread, serials, fruit, drinks, coffee and sprudel wasser. My room was in the new part of the hotel. It had everything one can expect and – as an elderly person – i liked to have a shower. So that I do not have to climb into a bath to take a shower. I liked it also very much that I could dim the lights in the room and bathroom. And also that I could open the doors to the French balcony to let the fresh air in. Diner tip Go to ”al fiume”, italian restaurant at the Fulda. Excellent Italian food.

Lots of reviews regarding bad cleaning. We got a room that hadn't been cleaned at all. The receptionist was very nice and gave us an ”upgrade” (pretty much the same room, on a higher floor). The new room had old soap residues on the wall and the toilet hadn't been cleaned. Cleaning sucks. The service is good and staff is very nice. They always greet you and are very sweet and helpful. We came after the kitchen had closed, but still got to order food.

This is one of the most impressive locations if you are after a quiet place with a view. It is off the beaten track yet very close to the motorway and easy to get to. The facilities themselves are exceptionally good and the staff were extremely accommodating. We stayed at the hotel 1/3 of a way to our destination. The place exceeded our expectation. The only thing that could top it all is if there was a sauna or a swimming pool.

Das Hotel hat für ein 4 Sterne Hotel in der Größe noch Luft nach oben, was die Zimmer angeht, die Einrichtung mit Teppichen und Badewanne zum Duschen ist sehr veraltet. Zudem ist es auch sehr hellhörig, wir waren im Komfortzimmer in der 3. Etage und es war ein Durchgangsflur. Die drei kleinen Saunen innen und die minimal größere Sauna außen sind für die Größe des Hotels viel zu klein und auch der Pool ist zu klein zum schwimmen. Wir hatten nur Frühstück und das war spitze Das Personal war professionell und super freundlich im gesamten Servicebereich. Besonderes hervorzuheben ist der Paulina an der Bar, immer ein Lächeln und auch Silvester alles im Griff. Die Lösung mit Silvester in der Bar inklusive Getränke und Häppchen (war ein tolles Buffet und super lecker auch für Vegetarier!) Silvester hat uns besonders gut die Lasershow draußen gefallen, war ein sehr schöner Jahresabschluss. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption machten manchmal einen überforderten bzw. hilflosen Eindruck. Unser Wlan funktionierte auf unserem Zimmerin der 3. Etage überhaupt nicht (war wohl auch bekannt) eine Mitarbeiterin hat uns dann auf mehrmaligem Nachfragen ein Tablett zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch musste ich mehrmals sowohl im Wellnessbereich auch an der Rezeption nachfragen wo der Yogakurs stattfindet. Das könnte man für die Gäste anders lösen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch die Quellenwanderung an Silvester, super informativ von der Wanderführerin, nur zu empfehlen. Parkplatzprobleme wir einige Bewertungen schreiben auf dem Hotelparkplatz hatten wir gar nicht.
