We wanted to book a night on the beach spontaneously and thought it would be very nice... very nice it was also, but that was it then it was... the first of two rooms also strongly after smoking, What the cleaning staff apparently noticed and tried to overthrow this with a unpleasant room smell. Then we received a new room. In the three bedrooms booked, the extra bed was missing first, no problem... But what was delivered then was to sleep and reasonable for a child. At night between 22 and 23:00, then the reception tried to exchange this bed or at least make it durable. The first trial was made with three bed lakes. The second trial failed with three wool covers. The last attempt was then to screw the whole with three additional bed covers. A further mattress or other way has not been taken to the staff. Continuing is the cleanliness and the state of the furniture is not in order. For example, I don't want to know who's finger nails have already cracked all in the back of our bed. This was completely holed and doesn't really leave any questions as to how these holes have entered there. I personally do not find the atmosphere on the balcony as you get in front of every guest and also here the topic of smoking The hotel was very dominant. In the evening it was more like a campsite atmosphere where the balconies were relatively loudly exchanged.

Great hotel, best location on the beach. Connection to the thermal for hotel guests very good. Very friendly staff. Breakfast does not leave any wishes open. The only critical point is the evening menu in the restaurant. This has not promised us at all and has not been in line with the standard of a five-star house. Nice surprise at Check Out, we have received a small bottle of mineral water and a house-made marble store. Thank you for a great stay with super rekreation! We are happy to come back.
