Everything clean, nice appartment. great place just outside the centre of Brussel. perfect for a stay for a couple of days. breakfast looked good, but we preferred to go outside for breakfast in one of the shops around. wonderful stay and we would certainly recommend it.

Exceptional stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The room was a fantastic size with excellent amenities provided. The breakfast was excellent and very good value for money. The hosts were very welcoming and hospitable. Would highly recommend.

The rooms were big enough, clean and equipped with all that you need for a business trip. Also, everything in the room's fridge was free of charge. Right from the beginnign we felt like our home! I would for sure stay in Avenue Deschanel B&B again!

Very charming B&B with a tasteful and well thought out interior. The bed was super comfy, the staff is very nice and the breakfast was a very pleasant surprise (including freshly made orange juice). I only stayed for one night but would have loved to stay a bit longer!

The breakfast was very good with fresh croissants and pains au chocolat. Good size room with very comfortable bed and nice bathrooom amenities. The room has a well equipped kitchenette with all appliances you need and a good range of Belgian beers and soft drinks in the fridge. The location is close to a nice park but also to bus and tram stations which can take you where you need.

Beautifully appointed B&B in a very nice area of Brussels. I actually stayed here twice as this was my base hotel for a 10 day trip around Belgium. It is located directly across from a lovely walking park. There are plenty of choices of places to eat close by and a lovely little café for pastries/coffee in the morning if you choose. The bus station is close; just out the door and a few steps away. Florence is extremely helpful. Stairs, but that is normal for most B&Bs here. Pros: lovely rooms, and very comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Lovely little kitchenette, that has both a coffee/espresso maker, and a tea kettle and is stocked with coffee, tea and chocolates with an honor refrigerator in the room. blackout curtains, TV with both English and international channels, lovely breakfast area, but I did not have breakfast here. The interior of the house is very beautiful. Cons: it is difficult to get here by bus and requires changes. Taxis are a bit pricey from the airport. I actually walked the 40 minutes from the airport, which wasn’t a bad walk. If you only have a carry-on, rolling luggage. The building itself is lovely outside but there is a lot of trash on the street (in all of Brussels it seems) which does distract from the ambience. Street noise can also be a problem, but the building is pretty well insulated, so if the windows are closed, you really don’t hear it. I did enjoy my stay here and would definitely return.

This B&B is located in N Brussels and is close to a tram stop, so easy to get to any part of the city. The owner is very friendly. The accommodation is an upstairs room in his house which was spacious enough and well-maintained. My room contained a kettle, some tea and coffee and a fridge complete with free beer. A good breakfast was provided for the princely sum of two euros. The room was clean and the wi-fi worked fine. I can find no faults.

The B&B is in a lovely period mansion, perfectly located in the heart of Schaerbeek literally minutes from the Josaphat park. A very warm hospitality from the hosts who were available and ready to help. The Manhattan room is spacious and fully equipped. The breakfast was simply exceptional. Highly recommended.
