This is clean colorful quiet and very well located hotel...i've stayed several times now and each time has been a pleasure. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and spotless and although i never really get the opportunity to enjoy - they offer complimentary drinks and a buffet breakfast with beautiful fresh offerings. The hotel is just really pleasant and in my most recent stay the staff went out of their way to faciliate my early check in as i was arriving to Bxls from a long flight from South Africa and had to go straight to a meeting - it was so thoughful and convenient that i was able to freshen up before my meeting. I highly recommend this hotel. And its child fiendly as well for those families looking for a smaller boutique hotel with a creative heart near Brussels centre.

This hotel is the most interesting hotel i ever was, i can say room was big, bathroom was almost in perfect condition, but the bathroom didn’t had a door. Breakfast was small but nice, drinks were good too. If you are bored, you can come down and take game from the shelf. We met three receptionists, they of course were frendly. I recommend this hotel for everone

We booked and paid for the hotel in January and halfway through our European Road trip we had some terrible news from home. This meant we had to cut short our road trip and return home immediately. We managed to cancel and receive refunds for four of the five hotels we had to cancel. The only hotel to refuse a refund was the FunKey Hotel! We would not of cancelled unless absolutely necessary and were really disappointed that under the circumstances the hotel would not even consider a partial refund. Shocking customer service and very harsh treatment in very sad circumstances.

Excellent! Very clean, fun, good location, free parking, and free snacks during the whole day. Staff is really nice and the building is very cool. No elevator but this is no issue if you are travelling light as you should. The games at the lobby are so cool and they have a secret special games area which will make the kids and some adults go crazy.

Located in a quiet residential area. Smorgasbord of games. Great hotel if you are checked in with young kids. Do note that there is no elevator. As such lugging a 50 pound piece of luggage up and down a spiral stair case is definitely challenging.

Philippe Thibaut, a hotel employee attacked my child, physically pinned him against the wall and lifted him into the air. The child was in a state of shock. I think this is not normal behavior of a hotel employee. The location is good, but we have not experienced this kind of behavior in any hotel.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel per 5 giorni appena arrivati siamo stati accolti dalla Signora del hotel molto simpatica ed anche gli altri receptionist sono molto educati e disponibili nel aiutarti per qualsiasi domanda...colazione nella norma anche se aggiungerei qualcosina in più. Anche se hai tutto a disposizione dalle bevande alle cioccolate tutto il giorno...la camera pulita anche se faceva caldissimo dentro la stanza dove non c'è un climatizzatore ma un ventilatore che fa un ****** terribile quindi praticamente non lo puoi accendere non ce tv il bagno non funziona l ariatore le coperte praticamente tutte logore piene di buchi la zona di giorno e tranquilla ed anche la notte anche se isolata per arrivare al centro di bruxelles e distante devi camminare a piedi per 40 minuti e non è molto piacevole c'è una fermata del bus a 500 metri ma la sera non ci scenderete mai lì perché non sempre il bus che prenderete sarà il bus che vi farà scendere vicino al hotel a noi non è mai successo vi ritroverete a camminare per strade isolate con gente non piacevole

Très bel hôtel un vrai sens du partage . Des places de parking réservées. Petit déjeuner copieux, de grandes chambres avec des décorations personnalisées. A seulement une petite demi heure du centre ville et dans quartier résidentiel très charmant.A recommander.

J’ai choisi cet hôtel car il y avait un parking et à 30 minutes à pied du centre de Bruxelles. Quelle belle surprise de découvrir ces couleurs chaleureuses à notre arrivée ainsi que l’humour exceptionnel de Philippe ! La chambre est très calme, lumineuse, comme l’hôtel, et on entend les oiseaux chanter ! Le petit déjeuner est complet et avec des produits de qualité. Il n’y a pas de télé dans les chambres mais des jeux de société et beaucoup de BD vers l’accueil ce qui est une excellente idée ! Je recommande vivement cette hôtel
