Structure located in a strategic position (around the Central Station) with quite equipped and organized apartments and single rooms. The neighborhood where they are located is very little away from the red road of Brussels and is within a area where a nutrited Arab community is present (restaurants, shops, etc.) but despite the initial reluctance of the first impact I must say that not We have never had the feeling of being in a “hazardous” place. The single room was comfortable and clean (in relation to the price of course) and the palace where they are moved is very quiet; In conclusion, if you are looking for a accommodation without too much claim to spend a few days in Brussels without spending too much Here you find the right compromise.

I had absolutely no real issues with this hotel whatsoever. It didn’t really set my heart alight but considering the excellent price, the proximity to the city centre, the excellent transport links and the overall cleanliness (including sweet scented foyer!), I would rate it more than average. I mean, I booked this just a week in advance and by no means felt shortchanged for my three-night stay. It really was great value for money next to similar hotels nearer the centre. Thank you.

Stayed here two nights in mid-January 2023. Hotel is located in a gritty area, with much construction, but just a five minute walk to the main train station, with many transit connections. It's about a 10 - 20 minute walk to various tourist sites in the city. There are convenience stores and dining options nearby. Staff was OK but not overly friendly. Single room was small, but clean and the price was fair. There was a heating/AC unit on the wall but one button was missing and it didn't appear to be working. Temp was OK. There was a small desk and chair. Shower and sink were in the room and toilet in a small closet. The window opened into a narrow ventilation shaft so it was rather dark. Wifi, lights and TV worked fine. I didn't pay for the breakfast. It wasn't great, but it did the trick.

The hotel was rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was courteous and professional. Check-in and check-out was efficient and quick. The airport shuttle ran frequently and was reliable.

Just come home from a short two night stay at the hotel and everything was positive. Reception was down a few steps but there's a lift down for anyone who struggles with step. Check in was smooth and took less than 2 minutes . The room was very nice two single beds spaced quite close but if you are staying with friends or family this isn't an issue. Bathroom was clean and large with a bath and shower shower gel and shampoo was supplied attached to the wall in the shower. Free water daily stocked into the room fridge and also free coffee for the coffee machine. The later check out of 12 was a bonus and the hotel are happy to store luggage should you be on an evening flight. The hotel has a nice bar and all staff are friendly . The only issue would be because its such a large hotel the lifts are always busy we had to walk down the stairs from the 10th floor a few times which is a lot of steps so anyone on a higher floor just be warned if you aren't too good at walking. The area around the hotel is pretty nice a bit like a business district but venture a few streets behind and it gets a bit grim and becomes a bit more shady just a warning to have your wits about you if going that way .

Stayed here 2 nights with family of 4. The hotel is modern, clean and spacious. Food (ex. Pizza) and beverages are available in the lobby any time of the day. This hotel is roughly a 30 min drive from the Gare du Nord. Pros: - Around 5-10 min walk to the nearest train station and another 10-15min train ride to the city (2.10 euro for a single ticket) - Laundry room (with iron) and gym located on 2nd floor - Beds and pillow are luxuriously comfortable. Very impressed with the high quality of the rooms and the great customer service - Carrefour grocery market 1 min walk Uber is very cheap in this city compared to other EU countries. Please note this hotel is situated right beside (or is connected) to a hospital. This means taxis are available all day long but sirens will be heard throughout your stay. Overall, I recommend this hotel to those visiting the area. I however, will stay in a hotel in the city of Brussels next time around.

I was whisked away to old world opulence as I walked into Le Plaza. The ornate chandelier, intricate carpet, and polished seating created a luxurious atmosphere. I was greeted by a friendly night front desk staff member named Ashley. He checked me in quickly and let me know that I could order something to eat if I was hungry. The elevator ride up to my room was a delight. The hallway was decorated in a vintage style, and my room, 534, felt like a miniature villa. The bathroom was gorgeous, and it had all the amenities I needed. It was a bit of a mix of vintage and modern, with a flat screen TV. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in a lot of natural light, and I woke up feeling luxurious every morning. The food at Le Plaza was delicious. I had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, and it was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The service was also excellent. I never had to wait long for anything, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. I injured myself during my stay, and Ashley and the other night staff member, Luis, were very helpful. They gave me first aid supplies and helped me get ice for my injury. I was very grateful for their help. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Le Plaza. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. The location of the hotel is great. It's in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions The hotel offers a variety of room types, so you can find the perfect one for your needs. A nice hotel, friendly personal and clean. Sadly the breakfast times were absolutely confusing. The breakfast time we were told, was written next to the lift and in the room - all are different. The worst breakfast was always never prepared on time so it was difficult to plan you sightseeing/business day proper or you’ve to leave without breakfast.

Great hotel, very clean, lovely staff and easy access to the center of Brussels, takes around 15/20 min by bus. Amazing people from the front desk to housekeeping a special thank you to Alina and Ali at front desk that always welcome me with the sweetest intentions such as fruit baskets and refreshments after a very long flight and always accomodate my needs! and Hind and Mimi from housekeeping they are sweet and care about the comfort of the guest very much. We really liked the hotel itself and it was all newly renovated and looked good and was tidy, both lobby, stairway/elevator and room. The room was big but with basic interior, like nightstands were stools from Ikea. There was no refrigerator which was inconvenient in the heat. The hotel is rather close to the city center and only takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city center, however the hotel seems to be located in a sketchy neighbourhood and not many tourists in the area. We were recommended by locals to take a taxi/uber back to the hotel during the nights.
