Hotel molto bello,accogliente e caldo a pochi km dal centro. La camera era spaziosa,pulita con una vista spettacolare su Merano e sulle montagne innevate.La Spa gradevole,personale cordiale e ottima la colazione. Ottima anche la possibilità di mettere l'auto al coperto.

Da un hotel 4 stelle superior ci si aspetta molto di più. Acqua della piscina esterna di una temperatura adeguata altrimenti diventa impossibile utilizzarla. La piscina interna è da rimodernare completamente e da collegare con quella esterna almeno con un ascensore . La zona sauna interna deve essere sempre funzionante e non solo a richiesta. Ci sono due stanze di cui nessuno è riuscito a darci una spiegazione sull'utilizzo: una stanza con sigari e una stanza in cantina. Per il resto la stanza molto bells con vista ottimo, sauna esterna panoramica, ottime proposte enologiche, menù originale. L'albergo è situato in un posto incantevole, servito con passeggiate possibili per tutti. Natura incontaminata con tanto verde. Vicino ai meravigliosi giardini del castello di Sissi.

Bei Ankunft direkt ein upgrade auf eine Suite bekommen, nicht schlecht. Die Mitarbeiter sowie der Service waren einfach gut! Insgesamt tolle Einrichtung inkl. Saunen, Dampfbad und lässiger Pool. Warum dann nur „befriedigend“ als Bewertung? Der Chef! Bei einer bezahlten Weinprobe im Weinladen des Hauses, hatte ich mit Servus gegrüßt, wie in Bayern sowie Österreich absolut üblich und gerne auch von den Südtirolern genutzt. Daraufhin hat er mich an der Schulter angefasst und zum besten gegeben, dass Servus aus dem lateinischen kommt und Sklave bedeutet, er ist aber nicht mein Sklave. Egal, ihr könnt sowieso kein Lateinisch. Tolle Begrüßung, auch noch mit anfassen, vielen Dank🤣 Im weiteren Verlauf erging es einigen fragenden Teilnehmer der Weinprobe ähnlich, von „Blödsinn“ über „Quatsch, ihr habt keine Ahnung“, waren u.a. die Antworten. Das war nur 1 Stunde innerhalb der 5 Tage, bleibt aber definitiv hängen. Schade! Also, gutes Hotel mit … siehe oben.

Das Wetter war zu schön um den SPA Bereich auszuprobieren 😉 Wir haben nach jedem Ausflugstag den Pool, die Panoramasauna und die Sonnenliegen genossen. Tolles Essen und beste Weinempfehlungen rundeten den Tag ab. Leider gibt es am Pool kein Treppengeländer. Der Einstieg ist für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung schwierig. Sonst alles Top!

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti in questo hotel: gli spazi comuni sono accoglienti e le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli. A nostro avviso la cucina è buona ma semplice, le foto gourmet del sito non corrispondono ai piatti presentati e il personale di sala non è all'altezza di un hotel classificato 4 stelle. Il centro benessere è piccolo e datato (in particolare il bagno turco). Molto bella invece la sauna esterna. Non rappresenta lo standard di un 4S dell'Alto Adige.

Non all'altezza di un 4s. Per il resto non ho voglia di elencare tutte le cose successe. ma sicuramente l'hotel peggiore ( non per la struttura ma per i servizi ed educazione) che abbia mai visto in Alto Adige.

Das Weinmesser überzeugt zuerst einmal durch die wunderbare Lage am Hang von Schenna mit tollem Ausblick, der sich auf vom Balkon der Zimmer genießen lässt. Die Zimmer im alten Teil sind zwar geräumig, haben aber noch Teppichboden und sind vielleicht nicht mehr auf dem allerneusten Stand. Aber man verbringt ja nur wenig Zeit im Zimmer. Vor allem der beheizte Aussenpool lädt ein und auch das kleine Nachmittagsbüffet lockt zu einem Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich, Eierspeisen und Smoothies werden frisch zubereitet. Das 5 Gänge Menü abends ist abwechslungsreich und bietet für jeden Geschnack etwas. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und schnell. Die Chefin ist ebenfalls immer im Einsatz und kümmert sich um alles.

Das 1. Südtiroler Weinhotel! Man erwartet sich einiges, noch dazu wenn es als 4*superior eingestuft ist, aber der Schein trügt! Natürlich gibt es positives zu berichten: Lage und Region sind top Außenanlage klein, aber fein Personal sehr freundlich- trotz Personalmangels Innenausstattung der Bar sehr modern und ansprechend Aber dies allein reicht nicht- leider überwiegt das Negative: Suiten( zB. Magnum Suite) sehr abgewohnt, keine Klimaanlage, Einrichtung sehr düster Zum Teil defekte Sonnenschirme und Gartenstühle Frühstücksbüffet klein, lieblos , wenig Abwechslung- wird kaum nachgefüllt Abendessen dauert viel zu lange , zum Teil wird manches vergessen Konsumationsbons muß man extra anfordern und kontrollieren ist empfehlenswert, da sonst böse Überraschung bei der Schlußrechnung Stammgäste und Freunde des Hauses werden durch die Gastgeber bevorzugt behandelt Rezeption reserviert und wenig auskunftsbereit- z.b. kein Hinweis auf Guest Card
