Had everything we needed. Room was very clean,spacious . Loved the wooden/tin feels. The bed was super comfortable. Shower was good, lots of pressure. Loved sitting outside on the chair listening to the wildlife. There’s an area where there’s hammock like chairs you could sit in and chill out. We didn’t use hot plates inside the room as we mainly ate out. The accommodation is about a 10min walk down to the beach….perfect. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. Great value for money especially over the Easter break. If I had anything to nit pick about, for me would be the toilet paper!! Very thin. But that’s no biggy! . Just go buy my own would I go back and stay there again..…yes I would ☀️

It was nice and also quiet. It was tidy but most of all the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in, in any accommodation. Very friendly staff and very helpful when our son got bitten by green ants they found some bite spray straight away!

Such a sensational place to stay. Megan, the owner, was just lovely & so caring. The rooms had a quaint log cabin feel & were very clean & comfortable. Very private with lots of trees etc, but still walking distance to the beach, shops & pub. Loved my stay.

The Lodge was centrally located and within walking distance of beach and shops. Check in was easy and uncomplicated. The room allocated to me was very clean and exceeded my expectations. The pillows and bed linen were better than the Alice Springs HILTON. Ablutions were old but clean. Great off street parking available.

Brent was Very Helpful with everything we asked about And Very friendly and Loves a Good Chat The Room was Clean and Tidy The Bed and pillows were very comfortable The Woolshed is very close to all Amenities like Resturants and the foreshore and Supermarkets We will stay there again when we go to Hervey Bay

Great budget accomodation everything was clean and comfortable. Considering it is a type of hostel it was very quiet. They have varying types of accomodation for different needs. We would definietly go there again. It was a good location walking distance to beach and various food options.

This place is fabulous - friendly hosts, comfy beds, great amenities , lovely gardens and hammocks to relax in as well as being close to the beach and shops . A real oasis that is eco friendly , clean and quiet as well as being economical. We are really glad that we stumbled upon it as it ticks all the boxes .
