Location is excellent - faces the beautiful esplanade and has a variety of shops, restaurants, etc next door. The room was well-equipped, spacious, and clean. The only negative is having to wash dishes and take out rubbish. That's what cleaning staff should do!

The location is great, with lots of eating options nearby. Very clean, quiet. Make sure you read the descriptions of your room choice carefully - the studio rooms have no outside windows at all, making it dark. Mine had no microwave nor laundry facility.

Yes I loved this place. Bus stop very close by. Ideal for "rail bus" if leaving by tilt train. The very nice manager even did my booking for me on tilt trainer journey back to Brisbane. Thank you so much. And I enjoyed our chats. I will be back one day.

Me and my wife stayed here 7/9 October Was greeted on arrival. By you man at reception told where park are car and what number was are space. Show us how to get to the car park around the back of apartment’s showed us where to go to room. Room was spotless Pool was spotless To be honest we couldn’t find anything wrong. Was very impressed with location and after hours use on how to get in if no one was attending reception. If we wherever here again would not hesitate to use again. Fantastic accommodation. I stayed here for a work trip, but I would stay here for a personal trip. Quiet accommodation. I stayed in the one bedroom unit - clean, tidy, stocked well, Foxtel, stove, microwave, fridge (tea, coffee, water), would be great for a longer stay, came with a car park (not secure). Great location. Enzo’s on the Beach across the road. Beach House Hotel 150m down the road. A wide variety of other restaurants are close by. The accommodation doesn’t have a gym. 10/10. Highly recommend.

This hotel is situated right on the esplanade. Our room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. It is close to lots of shops and eating options. The hotel was nice and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would come back here and recommend it to others.

We booked a double room which was basically a very basic small studio with a double bed. We were only here for an afternoon/night and was our last stop on our 12 day road trip and were heading back to Brisbane. The partial view of the ocean was limited. We basically had a view of the roof with all the air con units and other businesses. It was ok for a quick stop over but nowhere i would ever recommend for a holiday. We’ll definitely not this small room. There wasn’t room to open both of our suitcases. One of us had to open it on the bed and then put it away again.

I had a quick overnight work trip to Hervey Bay and had a very pleasant stay at Eden By The Bay. The unit was clean and well appointed with a kitchen, laundry and separate lounge area. The bed mattress was a bit on the hard side but that is a personal preference. Plenty of restaurants and the pub close by for those that aren’t keen to self cater. You can’t beat the beach access when it is right across the road.

fantastic apartment newly renovated clean great beds lovely views. we had everything we required. kitchen perfect and balcony was quite a good size overlooking the pool loved it….. spa pool and sauna looked lovely. was in a very central location with beaches opposite and restruants on both sides within walking distance. will definitely stay again.

I stayed in a one bedroom apartment and it was amazing! The apartment was huge and had all the amenities you needed including free bottles of water, a huge bath and washing and drying facilities. There was also a large selection of channels on the TV. The balcony overlooking the pool was amazing. The pool area was clean and well looked after, as was the apartment. The location is also perfect and right opposite the beach. Great value for money and would stay again!

We were lucky enough to jag a last minute booking for a night and we were in love from the moment we stepped into our 2bedroom apartment. All amenities were perfect and location was amazing. We have agreed that we must make it back sometime for a longer stay. Thank you so much.

We stayed for 3 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment. The units are well maintained and are very nice, however there were a few things that would make me not choose to return. There is no dishwasher. Sounds insignificant, but we were there for 3 days and the plates started to pile up. Sorry, not washing by hand on a holiday - I don't do that at home! The wifi wasn't set up with the units own secure SSID therefore we were unable to cast and watch our own Netflix and prime. On the second night I had nor sleep as our toilet kept flushing itself - the cistern is leaking into the bowl constantly. It flushed 14 times between 12.30 am and 5 am when I got up as I couldn't sleep. We thought it was coming from upstairs but my partner discovered it was our toilet and we had to turn the water off to it which is quite inconvenient for when you do want to go to the loo! We couldn't advise management of it as no one was on reception the whole of Sunday.

We stayed here for 2 nights prior to heading over to Fraser Island. The location is fantastic being straight across the road from the beach and close to restaurants and amenities. Check in was contact free with a text being sent with the details of how to access the lock box for our key and how to find the parking and our apartment. Parking was on an allocated basis at the rear of the property, accessed by the road at the back - the road at the front can be quite busy as it is the main esplanade. The apartment blocks are clean and well presented, and the apartment itself was clean, although we did find one of the face washers had lipstick on it. We were on the second floor and access was via a small lift. We noticed there was a small step to navigate, firstly into the apartment and also into the bedroom and bathroom. I nearly tripped a couple of times going in to the apartment. The kitchen is set up with some cooking facilities - crockery etc - with a large fridge. There is no dishwasher, and the breakfast bowls were square which we found to be not that practical. The bedroom was between the living area and bathroom and was quite comfortable. The only suggestion for change here is to make the bedside lamps smaller or better yet mount lights above the bed - the existing bedside lamps take up too much space. The bathroom consisted of a small vanity with under sink space, only on one side though as the spa pump took up the other side, a spa bath with shower overhead. The step up into the bath was quite high and for us being older and less flexible it would have been beneficial to have an additional step to use to get in and out. There are a few Foxtel stations available if you feel the need to stay in and watch the TV. There is a pool and sauna available to use. Our balcony overlooked the pool and we saw that it was meticulously cleaned each day we were there. Check out was just as contact free with the option of leaving your key in the key box or dropping it off at reception. There are suitcase trolleys available for use too. Overall, apart from the few things already mentioned, we really enjoyed our stay here.
