The apartment was lovely and has been updated since the photos shown. The place was very clean and well equipped. The beds were lovely and comfortable and the bedding was impeccable. Top of the range TV and Wi-Fi too. The views were stunning especially from the panoramic windows and the location is perfect! Parking isn’t too bad. We used the Palm Court hotel parking across the road which is £6 approx for 6 hours and we used the ring go app to extend time. The only downside was the stairs up to the apartment which I understand is typical of the building type and the stairwell is a little outdated and looks a bit grubby but the apartment and view makes it worth the climb! Would definitely stay again the next time we’re in Scarborough.

Stayed for two nights in September last year, there was 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 children. The apartment was incredibly clean, we had everything we needed. Janice was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Fantastic location, booked again for this year!

We were only in Scarborough for a couple of nights but this apartment was perfect. Clean, stylish, central and welcoming. The outside temperature was 30 degrees but the rooms were cool and additional fans were provided to help if required. Easy check in, check out, no pressure and simple instructions for access. Thank you Janice perfect stay xx

Stayed for a night in June 2022, Janice is a fabulous host and couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay so easy! An amazing apartment with everything you need in a wonderful location. Would highly recommend! We will be back!

Recently stayed here for a concert. Brilliant accommodation which was a good price considering the amount of hotels and B&Bs in area. Kept well up to date by Janice to our stay and given the location would definitely use here again for future visits lovely clean spacious accommodation.
