Firstly must say we like Maksim,offered a good impression for the hotel very helpful,since We arrived early,with lots of luggages,heavy,he helped to bring to room directly
the room and view is also awesome,location is just perfect,so far, was the one we like most from 11 days traveling, I will definitely go there again next time,strongly recommendation

A little dated although renovation works are ongoing; hopefully to refurbish the place. Conveniently located across Coles and many other restaurants. Good dinner options all around. Parking is done by an external vendor and guests have to pay separately.

Beautiful hotel, lovely room with huge comfy bed and amazing views! wicked location, lovely breakfast buffet services all though we felt these were expensive. A buffet is great but you realistically only ever eat a normal amount so did it once as a treat but not overall worth the money.
We had no prior warning that the swimming pool/outside areas were being renovated so that was disappointing but with the beach right on your doorstep, not a huge issue for us but families may have found this challenging.
Wicked location, right in the heart of Scarborough with great selection of restaurants and bars around, supermarket and bus stops right outside.

Firstly, checking in takes so long there were 4 staffs but only one is accommodating the guests. There is a long queue even it’s already past 5pm. We booked a king bed but we were given twin beds that joined together to make a king bed and it is so uncomfortable because of the gap between. Also, we couldn’t sleep well because of the AC fan noise. In the morning, there’s a loud noise from our window.

This hotel is situated right on the beach front ideal for everything in walking distance
Hotel is dated and is currently being renovated which I wasn’t aware of.
The pool was closed down which I did not know and saying it’s summer here I was shocked
They did offer for us to use the Scarborough pool however majority of it was lane swim etc so we just went to the beach

Lighting is very dim in the hotel room.
Loading and unloading at the main entrance challenging, esp with heavy luggages.
No drinking water provided in the room. When we checked with reception, we're asked to drink from the tap!
