The hotel is located about 10 kilometers away from the airport (actual driving navigation). Since we arrived at the hotel at 0 o'clock in the night, we didn't know in advance that the check-in process required a password...
Alas, the hotel is located in an alley (one-way traffic for cars). When I came to the hotel according to the navigation, the iron gate of the hotel was closed. After contacting me by phone, I got the password and entered the gate. I found the room key in a cabinet. There was no hotel at that time. staff. The front desk will contact you by email the next day to request passport information for re-check-in.
It feels like this is a B&B in China. I booked a room for 3 people at that time. The facilities in the room are not that good. There is no mineral water supply in the room, but there is a hairdryer, so it is no problem to spend the night. After all, the price is there, and it is relatively close to the people.
In addition, if you need to park, you must contact the front desk first to confirm. If you go to the parking lot temporarily and do not have the corresponding password or card, you will not be able to enter.

Stayed here for a couple of nights. The room was cozy and nice and the building beautiful. However it was challenging to find the hotel with a rental car. It is located on a super narrow street. Parking for the car was quite poor, parking was located uphill and was tiny. Not suitable for a larger family car. Our room had an extra bed which was not good - very narrow (60cm?) and not comfy at all. Some of the staff was not very friendly, and should improve customer service- could have greeted more nicely etc. Also some staff members lacked English skills totally. The breakfast was ok but many foods offered always ran out (eg. scrambled eggs and bacon). The sounds from the courtyard and streets were not well blocked by the door or the window. The room was very hot if the ac wasn’t on. The key card to our room was not working well and on the last day it took around 20 minutes to enter to our room (and the help of 2 staff members).

We had to fly out of Bergamo Airport so we needed a hotel nearby, somehow I came across the San Rocco hotel, located in an old monastery, is located in the Old Borgo of the town, the hotel has private parking about a block away. the rooms were very nicely appointed, good beds, excellent showers, and as we left very early we missed breakfast, but worth staying here and there is a nice restaurant a few blocks away.

To visit the Bergamo hills we chose this structure, also attracted by the description which referred to a medieval village, in fact a small but nice centre. The structure is very welcoming and kind in all areas. Impeccable room and organization, an old medieval structure, extensively renovated by re-proposing a period building. Often the facades are obviously fake but still recall the original structures.

I stayed just one night for work in this hotel. Structure in the center of the town, within a restricted traffic zone, where the hotel very kindly allows you to pass by parking in the structure's private car park offered at no additional cost. Rooms not very spacious but very new. Varied and plentiful breakfast. Advised!!!
