It was a beautiful holiday I thank Sonia and Andrea pk they were very good the things to eat are all good and I thank Sonia and Andrea for the 2nd time the rooms are very clean the service is excellent

I haven't been there personally, my review is given by the stories of my 12 year old daughter on a school trip. Clean, well-kept village, excellent, varied and abundant food despite the presence of many schools. The only flaw is the non-weekly cleaning of the room, but precisely this did not depend on the village but on agreements with the school or agency, the kind entertainment staff, the bar, the reception with whom you had the opportunity to talk more have always been kind to solve small problems such as cleaning equipment rentals, keys left in the room. My review is based on the context in full…….. The rooms very clean and the facility is very nice but not the best. Great food. The restaurant too large and dispersive. Very polite staff. I have been going to the village for years I have always found it good staff all very professional excellent cuisine exceptional maitre d' but I am forced not to go there anymore because the novelty we found is the disco in the center of the village with loud volume until 2 to 3 to 4 in the night not caring about the rest of the families I have not completed the week so as not to go crazy and make extreme gestures dear management to be honest write in the brochures that the village is only for young people that we elderly people will find another village where they will allow us to rest at night I take this opportunity to renew my applause to all the staff I regret you

I already knew the place and the first good impression was confirmed. This year we highlight the pleasant evenings spent at the piano bar in the company of the very nice Filippo who entertained us for all the evenings with songs and perfectly fitting imitations

The village is very large and everything is very chaotic as well as noisy. Certainly this also depended on attendance!!!! Unfortunately there are disrespectful people everywhere but no one here tries to enforce the lines and the basic rules! The rooms are quite dirty, the cleaning is very superficial and the veranda is hardly touched! Non-existent hygiene Eg. The table on the veranda dirty with cappuccino remained like this for two days, until we pointed it out! I've even seen mopping wet floors with the same towels they handed out to dry us! Absurd! Another sore point is the restaurant, so chaotic and poor quality food, certainly also for the raw materials, in fact the fish was felt that it was not fresh! I have suffered from bad digestion although usually no problems. Another sore point is the swimming pool, absolute anarchy, no rules of uncivilized people who occupied deck chairs after hours but not even a hint from the staff to enforce them! The beauty is the animation, very prepared guys and the shows are also very beautiful. In summary we will never go back!

la prima notte ci si sono sfondate le assi del letto,2 circa, la mattina dopo ho trovato il mio amico con il materasso a terra, il terzo giorno abbiamo trovato la stanza invasa da formiche e le assi(confrontabili a grissini) non hanno smesso di cedere fino al momento che abbiamo dovuto contattare la reception.

Parto subito con il CONSIGLIATISSIMO PER LE FAMIGLIE. Siamo stati in famiglia con altre coppie, abbiamo potuto apprezzare la struttura. Non ritengo riportare pregi e difetti, ognuno potrebbe fare una lista, quello che riporto alla fine del villaggio e un sacrificio organizzativo di alto livello, staff selezionato, disponibile competente... senza parole nel pieno dell'estate con numeri di ospiti fuori dal comune (spesso insopportabili) ogni piccola difficoltà e stata risolta con la massima disponibilità. Il direttore FUSCO Gaetano ( giuro di non conoscerlo personalmente) davvero di un livello gestionale e comunicativo di spessore, l'area ristorante paurosa, il personale mangia km senza esitare, un plauso ad ALESSANDRO MONTINARI super professionale da grandi organizzazioni, davvero ha reso ancora più liete le ore passate per i pasti ... ho riportato già abbastanza... COMPLIMENTI... provare per credere.
