The first day at Breakfast I noticed that most of non-european guests are not wearing masks. They go all around without masks, even in the buffet area. Of course if guests are not following the rules it is a task of the Staff to inform them. This is essential to show that the Staff does efforts to protect the other guests, that might be weak in front of Covid 19. I highligthed it to one waiter and he looked at me as to say: "it is not important". Then I talked to the Manager and let him notice that this is something the Staff should check. We had a gentle discussion, and he agreed. Second day, same story. People going around without mask in restaurant, reception and lifter. This is very serious because it means that my complaint of the previous day were not even took in consideration! This is absolutely bad. We pay to have good services and safe hotels, but unfortunately the management of this Ramada is not able to handle the situation and the Staff is not educated to provide a safe stay to the guests. The Staff is absolutely careless.
