Lo único bueno de este hotel y eso a medias son las habitaciones porque el wifi y la señal para la tv fallan mucho y el agua caliente nunca salió, pero pésima atención de una mujer de cabello largo rojizo es muy majadera, irrespetuosa, burlona y amenazante, realmente en las aplicaciones de hospedaje no son ciertas las cosas que presentan , el estacionamiento en la calle sin ninguna seguridad y la calle de tierra que en temporada de lluvias les cuesta muchísimo a los carros subir.

Escribo esta opinión como agente de viajes, reservé para un cliente y nos pidieron anticipo del 50% aunque esto no estaba estipulado en *******, depositamos el anticipo y sin problema, llego mi cliente, se hospedo y salió, en este momento el hotel cancela la reservación en *******, lo que significa que mi comisión se pierde, les llamé para revisar que pasó y nunca pude hablar con Dixie Holguin que es la dueña o dueño del lugar, hablé con empleados que solo se burlaron de mi y al final me ofrecieron una baba de comisión, la cuál no acepté, prefiero dejar esta opinión para prevenir a otros agentes y eviten trabajar con este hotel porque los van a estafar
