We recently stayed at this hotel and were truly impressed by nearly every aspect of our visit. The rooms were spotless and spacious, the amenities were excellent, and the service from the staff was warm and welcoming throughout. The hotel’s location is ideal, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful details that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, we did experience a significant issue during our stay that affected our overall comfort. We had booked a deluxe room, which had a connecting door to another deluxe room, Unfortunately, the door was not soundproof, and on one of the nights, guests in the adjacent room were extremely loud throughout the night. The noise came straight through the connecting door, and it was so disruptive that my family and I barely slept. What made the situation more difficult was how it was handled. We reported the problem to the hotel, but instead of addressing the disturbance at its source, we were asked to move to another room — despite not being at fault. This created unnecessary inconvenience and discomfort for us, especially with children. Additionally, I would strongly recommend that the hotel ensures these doors are properly locked by default, as we noticed they could be easily opened, which can be dangerous when children are present. In summary, while the hotel truly excels in quality, service, and experience overall, I hope management seriously considers improving sound insulation between connected rooms and revising their approach to conflict resolution to ensure all guests enjoy a restful stay.

The room is bright and spacious. But the cleanliness should have been done better than this,. There is also a small spider and some white wall painting dirts at the floor corner. It seems that they do not have a room prepared for the coming checked in guests. Others than that, the hotel is ok. The service is so so, not good or bad. But I don’t really feel a Thai hospitality in the hotel, may be because very few Thai propel working there, only in the spa.

Great reseption staff , clean. Restaurant service good and staff are friendly specially Mr. Mohammed Ali Al Mahmood. !

The place as a vibe within itself and the staff were extraordinary especially Eireen,Roshan and Rvdra . And the chefs did such an amazing job though I wish there were more types of desserts we can choose from in the buffet but overall we had an awesome time thank you all

The resort itself is in a good location to visit all the local areas and easy to get to with a 4x4. The staff were all excellent throughout with Adil on reception being very helpful with the room. The Resturant on the upper floor has good views, great food, and entertainment for all the family. In the downstairs Restaurant Vive was exceptional in his management approach to sort out a minor issue and the ultimate professional. The pool area and adventure park were all clean and well kept and again all the staff being courteous and helpful.

The staff were lovely especially Mohammad Ali. Very accommodating and helpful. Polite and greeted us with the biggest smile. True gem!
