Could not check in due to “weather” issues was informed to reach out to my third party for a refund. Arrived at 8:30pm after a funeral to find out I had to cancel my reservation get a refund and then I had to call another number to rebook at a different rate because the employee who could careless informed me he couldn’t do it for me. Waiting for a refund from *******.

No soap. No staff to answer the phone. One towel. They didn’t vacuum so there was stuff all over the floor. Sheets were stained. Property is in major disrepair.

The room wasnt clean. Took off my shoes and stepped in something crunchy. Looked closer looked like food was spilled and poorly cleaned. The room only had 1 towel. Pool said it would have towels so to not take any from the room. There were none. The staff were nice though.

Worst experience ever
When we went into our room, the bed was rumpled and obviously not fresh. The TV didn't work, but I was told "Everybody says their TV doesn't work". When I asked for another room, I was told that no others were available. I asked the clerk for her name, and she covered her name badge. When I repeated my request, she told her co-worker to "Call the cops" if I asked again.

Dirty rooms
My boyfriend took me here for a weekend getaway for Mother’s Day. We had to switch rooms three times due to stained up sheets and cigarette burns and stained up mattress. 2nd room the smoke detector kept going off and they couldn’t get it to stop. 3rd room air wasn’t working very well and blankets in that room where still stained and nasty. They offered no discount or refund due to them saying they have a no refund policy. I give the gentleman named Sam that works there props. He tried to help us out and put us in another room. They also had no working phones or cable in 2 of those rooms. I will not be back here and I have stayed in plenty of Baymont hotels.

The pictures of this hotel are very misleading the hotel is absolutely awful. Definitely not were you want to take your kids to stay

Went there hotel had broken windows. Went inside thw main room was rough and needed maintenance work. Hotel wasn't able to accommodate the room i reserved
