Staff is of no help was not willing to tie up another 150$ for a 3rd night and they could not figure out how to use exsisting deposit to keep room so they kept my room money but since I would not give another 150$ I could not stay

The property was a little older and while it seemed like it was newer by the looks, once we got into our room it smelled musty. You could really see the wear on the floor, furniture and bathrooms. The pillows were so uncomfortable! It was ok for a one night stay.

The staff was friendly, the rings are nice, and the out was fun.
The beds were more comfortable than other hotels where I've stayed.

Can’t complain too much let alone say that I’ve ever had a bad experience. Staff members are great of the hotel is great even morning. Breakfast is convenient.

Common areas have an extremely strong odor, almost toxic smell of some sort of industrial cleaning products. And that smell is in the rooms as well. Vinyl flooring is sticky from some sort of cleaning product residue. I don’t have asthma, but my lungs were burning all night, I barely slept. I will never return to this property.

Located right off highway. Close to Geneva on the Lake. Quick check in, friendly staff and my room was clean. Will stay again.
