The hotel is pretty decent. The room was large but felt a bit sparse with the basic furniture. However, it was spotlessly clean and perfectly functional. The staff were great and super friendly. The only real downside was that the breakfast was a bit limited and could get full very quickly, leaving limited choice. It's quite a business focused hotel, but it would also be a good choice for a long weekend. Whilst the hotel is a few minutes outside the city centre there is a team stop with a 2 minute walk so easy enough to get round. They also have loads of car parking.

Our Princess for one day tours take us to Zwickau now and then - and we have stayed here multiple times. We have sure been in hotels that have more wow-factor than this one, but it was very clean, very conveniently located and everyone was very friendly. I would not pick this as a prime holiday location nor would I do a 30+ min detour just to stay here (mandatory in my rating scheme to achieve 5 stars), but other than that I would, if in need in the area, always book this again (actually, we just did ;-)

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers, das Bett und die Kopfkissen waren sehr, sehr schlecht. Wenig Stauraum, eine durchgehende Matratze mit einer quietschenden Inkontinenz/Gummi? Auflage. Die "Hotelbar" war das letzte. Die Angestellte an der Rezeption weigerte sich, uns am Tisch zu bedienen. Dies sei nicht ihre Aufgabe. Wir sollten ihr unsere Wünsche zurufen und uns die von ihr in die Gläser gefüllten Getränke an der Theke selbst abholen (4-Sterne-Haus??). Mit der Begründung "Umweltschutz" wurde per Zettel mitgeteilt, dass die Zimmer nur auf Wunsch gereinigt werden. So weit, so gut. Allerdings werden Zimmerpreise verlangt, aus denen nicht hervorgeht, dass die Zimmerreinigung nur auf Zuruf erfolgt. Ein Rabatt, den es z. B. bei der Mercure-Hotelgruppe gibt, wurde nicht gewährt. Für ein 4-Sterne Haus passt dies alles nicht.

Wir waren schon mehr als 40 (!) mal hier und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Der Empfang ist herzlich, das Zimmer immer sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Hotel ist hell und die Atmosphäre ist immer sehr angenehm, es ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut gelegen. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und von guter Qualität.

Der freundliche Empfang und alles sauber und gepflegt vorzufinden war schon mal ein super Pluspunkt. Es gibt einen kostenfreien Parkplatz und ein wir hatten ein ziemlich großes Zimmer. Obwohl wir auf die Reinigung des Zimmers verzichtet haben, wurde trotzdem geschaut, ob es Müll im Papierkorb gab und dieser wurde täglich entsorgt. Der Frühstücksraum hat ein bisschen Bahnhofsatmosphäre, aber das Angebot des Frühstücks wa vollkommen in Ordnung. Auch dieses Haus der Achat Kette kann man weiter empfehlen.

Ein sehr nettes Hotel mit freundliche Personal und die sehr entgekommen waren. Unser Zimmer war sehr gepflegt. Das Zimmer Personal war auch immer hilfsbereit und das Frühstück Angebot war vielfältige.
