Very poor service everything is poor like staff behaviour,food quality , cleanliness of room , and the most important thing is that if we need water hotel provide used plastic water bottle which is either used by another they took empty water from anyone rooms and refill and give it to others room. Property is worst AC not working properly

Rooms are spacious but cleanliness at its worst. Dust everywhere on Sofas and balcony. Drinking water is refilled water bottles from RO placed at dirty location. Food is very expensive. Better to opt buffet only. Service is very worst. You need to wait till long time if you order anything. Costly property. You may find better properties in less amount. We were total 7 couples. All are disappointed with the services & cleanliness.

We were. Group of 17 people and had booked the delux rooms looking at the amazing reviews online. The delux rooms are like an outhouse and not what the pictures at the property show. DO NOT book these rooms as you will feel like you are staying in servant quarters. The towels were dirty, the wall paper peeling and the floor broken. The food at the property was average.

We stayed at this hotel in Ranthambore , the hotel was amazing I want to thank Vijender ji & Team ***** with F&B Head Devi Prasad and team including the chef...the entire stay was total amazing.....the staff attitude, the food taste , the seamless service as well as check in.....I want to thank everyone for the same.

The location is OK, Property design and space is good, furniture is good, staff is courteous, food taste and quality is good but one thing defeats every good quality, the property was not clean at most places, and every place is having a strong smell of dampness and moisture, not sure how they have been able to manage this, ventilation is clearly out of place in such an open area, that was the most strange thing for me, this is the first time I have experienced this and it ruined my entire experience. You have to wrestle with the locks and doors to open them. This place need serious work on maintenance, if they can do that, it could be a very good place to stay. Stayed there during 19th to 21 July 2025 for 2 days, booked 2 suite room for my family.

Had a wonderful experience! The food was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the staff was amazing. Special thanks to Mr. Vijendra at the front desk for his exceptional help. This is truly one of the best properties in Ranthambore. Highly recommended!
