Everything was OK with relation to costs. Food was good. House keeping good. Services good. The attendants were nice. The only thing which needs improvement is the quality of music in the evening from 7-8 pm. The musicians were low standard. No music,in fact boring noise. Should be better Rajasthani music.

Resort is beautiful.. looks much more pretty in the night.. Food is very good. Staff is very cooperative. Manohar ji made extra effort as we were celebrating a birthday and they made special candlelight dinner arrangement for us.. Overall a very pleasant stay.. only scope of improvement was the pillows.. very big and not soft.. rest all was wonderful. Will surely visit again..

Perfect stay beautiful place and a lovely ambiance perfect to go . So I suggest to see this property for sure . Food and chefs are also very good . We didn’t face any issue in our stay . And if u had any issue u can contact Mr. Mahohar ji he is a gentleman .

The rooms are very clean and the food served are very nice. They even waited for us after the breakfast has ended and served us a good breakfast . All the staff were very helpful and kind. Reccomendable hotel. The booking and check in were very smooth and easy too

It was one of my perfect stay in terms of hospitality , service. They make you feel like a king at there awasome mahal. Loved every hour of my stay here. Abhay and babita helped me book my stay and made sure that i do not have any complaints. Overall a best experience here. Thank you juna mahal will surely be back

We had an amazing 3-day stay at Juna Mahal! The hotel is stunning and the staff are so welcoming, friendly and accommodating - always on hand to help with a smile! We would highly recommend Juna Mahal to friends and family, as well as anyone looking for a relaxing break around the Ranthambore National Park area!

We have a booking with the hotel and had to cancel the travel due to emergency situation at home.. the customer service is so bad that in the whole booking process the executive refused to speak on phone and had to wait for the whole day only to get rates and confirmation on WhatsApp.. they don’t speak on phone and it was a very horrible experience.. now we have to cancel the booking and they again are not responding and refusing to refund .. don’t have any emphatic attitude towards the customer who might have been going through rough weather.. on top on this they simply ignore issue a line liner and don’t have courtesy to speak to the customer.. Would have certainly appreciated more professionalism and response from the customer service PS if somebody is planning a trip pls have lot of patience as they respond as per their pace

Excellent and Good services provided by resort and specially by Mr Waseem . Cooperative staff and lovely ambience loved the place,food and enjoyed a lot with family.Best resort in ranthambore visited with my family on anniversary occasion.
