Sterling Bagh Ranthambore

Come December, I plan for my year-end trip. Usually, I'd hit the hills just to enjoy the winter at its best. However, this time was different. I chose to go to Ranthambore for the jungle Safari and to click those big cats there. Unfortunately, when I reached Sawai Madhopur, I was told that the Safari is booked till the 31st of December. Obviously, I didn't plan it well in advance. But in the process, I discovered this newly opened Sterling property called Bagh Ranthambore. It was a beautiful up-and-coming resort, bang in the middle of Ranthambore. The staff was courteous, the chef was brilliant and the management was forthcoming. Rooms were spacious, surroundings were plush and the facility was a fusion of traditional Rajasthani architecture and modern decor. The resort also had arranged something called hi-tea in the evening with a bunch of folk artists belting out traditional numbers. But for me, the highlight was the food. The breakfast was a scrumptious buffet with juices, bakery, eggs-to-order, and a mix of Indian and continental cuisine. However, Laal Maas, a local Rajasthani delicacy that I ordered for dinner, stole the show. The meat was falling off the bone soft, and the spices were balanced and not too overwhelming. Sterling Ranthambore is highly recommended. I am astonished by the level of care and hospitality they provide. I actually went to celebrate my daughter's 2nd birthday here and stayed for 2 days. I actually stayed in both types of rooms : Premier on Day 1 and Suite on Day 2. Both the rooms are superb. Suite comes with an additional space and luxurious feel to it. I decided to have Dinner included in my booking and it was the wisest choice. There is nothing much that the city offers that I could have for Dinner with my 2 yr old. Their in house restaurant Sawai offers healthy and sumptuous food to offer. The Restaurant Manager Chandra Shekhar really took good care of us and made sure I got everything that I needed for birthday celebration. They also offer High tea every evening which offers few snacks with tea/coffee with some cultural performances and bonfire which should not be missed at any cost.

Great service especially house keeping. Economic package and great laal maans. Great indoor pool and wifi amenities. Perfect for weekend get aways for people looking for time out from noise of cities. Staff is very supportive and takes care of guest needs. A very good place for a quiet holiday. Good rooms and good service. Polite and helpful staff. Good value for money. The location is good and booking for safari can be done from the resort itself. Also, interesting shops for local crafts and goods are nearby the resort.

I had a very pleasant stay in this new property of sterling . It is very accessible via railway . I have experienced potery making in my stay a very avaited thing by me , Ramkesh Potery was the person here who made it look effortless . One more point this property is near a lawn which in wedding season is very noisy . You hear bass inside your rooms too

The DJ night and jungle safari were definite highlights, and we truly enjoyed the experience. Driver’s Professionalism & Conduct: Unfortunately, the driver's behavior was far from professional. A corporate trip requires a driver who is cooperative, responsible, and understands the importance of customer experience. 2. Basic Travel Readiness: There were instances where fuel availability became a concern, and it seemed like the driver lacked a clear understanding of the route and destination. These are basic checks that should be in place to ensure a hassle-free journey. Given that corporate professionals get limited opportunities to unwind, ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience is essential. We trust that these concerns will be addressed for future trips so that the journey matches the overall hospitality we experienced at the destination.
