This hotel needs some better lighting in the corridors and a better decoration in the restaurants where bad taste-fake alsacian prevails. Also the rooms need better lighting and more plugs. No water bottles, no fridge, limited tv channels, aso.

We were departing from Saverne on our canal boat vacation and stayed here before our trip. The staff were very nice and very helpful, not only during our entire stay but when we needed somewhere to store our cold goods for our canal boat, they put them in their walk in refrigerator for us. Nice simple typical European breakfast, close walking distance to shopping and other restaurants and easy walking distance to the harbor for our canal boat rental.

Ficamos aqui por dez dias e a experiência foi muito positiva. O hotel fica bem no centro, contudo é muito silencioso. As pessoas são carinhosas, o quarto é grande e charmoso e o café da manhã é incrível. A decoração do hotel é linda! Ahh, junto ao hotel tem um restaurante de comida alsaciana muito bom!

Belle ancien hotel , classiquement Alsacien jusque dans la cuisine... Manque du chauffage (v fin Avril on se pèle) . Pas grand chose à faire comme reproche , si le pain bof et le fromage triple bof sinon la cuisine ras

Bel hotel avec les parties communes bien décorées dans le style alsacien, bien situé près de la Gare et du centre ville Le personnel est aimable. Le petit dejeuner est un peu cher. J aurais aime y déguster des spécialités sucrées alsaciennes.

Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast im Hotel Chez Jean und waren sehr zufrieden. Ein charmantes Hotel mit sehr persönlichen Mitarbeitern, man fühlt sich willkommen und wohl. Zimmer zur Straßenseite war sehr ruhig, Bad modern, Bett bequem. Das Auto parkte kostenlos hinter dem Hotel gelegenen, öffentlichen Parkplatz. Frühstück war bzgl der Produkte von hoher Qualität, selbstgemachte Marmelade - einfach gut. Wir haben Tagestouren mit der Bahn nach Strassburg, Metz und Nancy gemacht, ohne Umstieg und der Bahnhof ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Saverne.

Superbe accueil. Restaurant : étant en Alsace, nous avons pris une choucroute : Généreuse et bonne. La chambre d'hôtel est tout à fait correcte ainsi que la salle de bain. Belle expérience. A renouveler
