Bianco Riccio Suite Hotel

I’m currently staying at Bianco Riccio Suite Hotel and the experience has been absolutely fantastic. The hotel is elegant, perfectly kept, and in a wonderful location but what makes it truly special is the team. A special thank you to Alessandro Scalone, the manager, who goes out of his way every single day to ensure we have the best experience possible. He takes the time to help us plan our days, offers excellent recommendations, and makes everything seamless and enjoyable. His genuine care and attention to detail make a huge difference. Also, a big thank you to Azzurra Lussone, who is always so kind, attentive, and welcoming. Her warmth makes us feel right at home throughout our stay. Another mention to all the other staff we have dealt with so far as well. This combination of a beautiful property and exceptional staff makes Bianco Riccio Suite Hotel a true gem in Fasano. Highly recommended we’ll definitely be back!

We stayed at Bianco Riccio for one week at the end of July. It was the most incredible stay. We felt like family and all staff was helpful and welcoming, they took their time with recommendations for restaurants and beaches, places to go travel and see, setting up our transportation and attending to all of our needs no matter what time of day. We truly felt like we were at home. The room was clean spacious and very comfortable. It is in a great location and the town is beautiful. Easy access to the airport and other great cities to see on your travels. Bianco Riccio is the place to stay for an extended trip in the region. 100 percent. Will definately come back.

We came across this surprise gem and were delighted ! Alessandro and his team went above and beyond from before our arrival and throughout . Great location surrounded by excellent local restaurants . Many beach clubs both walking and short drive. Would recommend a car to explore beaches and towns such as Polignano a Mare, Monopoli and Lecce . The hotel itself is immaculately maintained. We had a King Deluxe which was spacious with huge terrace, extremely comfortable bed with good showers and linens . Fantastic choice at breakfast on the roof overlooking the sea again made all the difference to be greeted by friendly smiling staff. Puglia has much to offer and Bianco Riccio will give you access to this small fishing village and beyond and offer you great local food and great prices with a very warm welcome. Would highly recommend !

We recently stayed at Bianco Riccio with our three children (4, 8, and 10) and had the most magical experience — one we will treasure for years to come. We stayed in the spacious two-bedroom apartment, which was spotlessly clean, serviced daily, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private terrace was far bigger than we had imagined and became one of our favorite spots to relax as a family. We witnessed some truly breathtaking sunsets from there — a highlight of our trip. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. We loved spending time at the pool, which was perfect for both the kids and us to unwind after a day exploring. The breakfast each morning was one of the best we’ve experienced — fresh, high-quality ingredients, made-to-order eggs and bacon, all served in the restaurant on the 4th floor with a stunning near-360-degree view. It was the perfect start to each day. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the warm and welcoming staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful throughout our time there. A special thank you to the manager, Alessandro, who was always available with a smile, helpful tips, and fantastic local recommendations. The location of Bianco Riccio couldn’t have been better — within easy walking distance to a wonderful selection of local restaurants (we wish we could’ve tried them all!) and a great base for exploring nearby towns and tourist attractions. We also hired a car through the hotel, which was completely seamless. The car was dropped off at the hotel the next morning and picked up when we were finished — so convenient. Thank you to the entire Bianco Riccio team for making our stay so special. We left feeling relaxed, full of incredible memories, and already dreaming about returning one day. I was not at any point disappointed the suites were pristine the staff and hotel managerwere professional, friendly and very helpful. The views, pool and amenities were fantastic. We will be back soon, such wonderful memories made in such a beautiful place

Bianco Riccio offers a fantastic stay in a nice location, just a short walk from the water where you'll find great restaurants and beautiful seaside views. Our room was generously sized and featured a balcony facing the front of the hotel, providing a clear view of both the beach and the nearby dining spots. You can get quick access to the private beach nearby using a voucher obtained at the hotel's reception desk. Or, the hotel’s own pool and sun deck are a great option: clean, spacious, and well-managed, with attentive service throughout. What really stood out was the staff -- genuinely warm and welcoming, they made us feel like long-time friends. Truly wonderful people! We’d gladly return the next time we visit Puglia.
