This property is one of the BEST travel experiences in the world. The delicious on-site restaurant, attentive and friendly staff, utopian view overlooking the lush landscape and ocean, and comfortable bedroom suite all spoiled us. We enjoyed 8-nights here during the Envision Festival and quickly Lapazul became the highlight of our week. We were welcomed by Monica on Sunday and cared for by Giovanni and Jorge throughout the week. Upon departure, we hugged and said good-bye to now friends. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family and hope to return again annually.

Lapazul is truly a special place. You are hugged by lush surroundings, tranquil nature-sounds, and the skyline ocean view - which makes for spectacular sunsets. It is a close drive to beautiful beaches, trails, waterfalls, and the towns of Dominical & Quepos. The accommodations and property itself was pristine. You can tell that the owners & staff put a lot of care and thoughtfulness into every aspect of their guests’ experience. Everyone we encountered was sweet, approachable, and helpful when we had requests. Lapazul is not just a place to stay - it is a unique and irreplaceable experience.

Beautiful place and amazing views. Very comfortable rooms, great food and great service. Definitely coming back. You will love it here. The location is great since there are many beaches and restaurants close by.

Staying at Lapazul is the best gift you could give yourself if you need to charge your battery again. Up in the jungly hills of Dominical, this place is so tranquil and beautiful, we couldn't recommend it enough. The rooms are big and comfy, the food is absolutely amazing, and the views are one of a kind. You're surrounded by nature and we saw many birds, butterflies, sloths, and frogs. Definitely have to mention the incredibly kind and welcoming staff of Lapazul as well; what a great team! Thank you for such a wonderful stay, we can't wait to return!

Außergewöhnliches Hotel mit exklusivem Service. Zum Hotel gelangt man über eine steile und unebene Straße. Angekommen hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick bis nach Manuel Antonio. Der Frische Infinity Pool ist wunderbar. George, der Manager zeigt einem im Garten alles mögliche an Tieren! Faultiere, Tukane, Papageien und Frösche leben da, man braucht gar nicht mehr in den Nationalpark zu gehen! Da wir die Straße im Dunkeln nicht fahren wollten haben wir dort zu Abend gegessen. Es war sehr gut, auch wenn die Karte das nicht so hergab. Genauso auch das Frühstück. Sonderwünsche werden alle erfüllt! Das große Zimmer mit Balkon war tadellos. Wirklich ein tolles Hotel mit viel Charme.

Ein traumhaftes Hotel mit nur 7 Zimmern in traumhafter Lage oben auf einem Berg mit atemberaubendem Ausblick. Wir sind mit dem Mietwagen angereist und das Hotel war unser erster Stopp. Es ist gut vom Flughafen erreichbar und der Mietwagen hat es uns ermöglicht, die in unmittelbarer Nähe liegenden endlosen Sandstrände zu erkunden. Da diese so breit und lang sind, findet man immer ein restlos einsames Plätzchen. Für die Straße hoch zum Hotel braucht man keinen Allradantrieb, es fühlt sich aber besser an, gerade bei Gegenverkehr. Das ganze Hotel ist top gepflegt und mega sauber. Alles ist designed und durchdacht und nicht einfach hingebaut. Hier war ein guter Architekt am Werk. Das Personal war stets authentisch freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Fehlt ihnen was (sehr unwahrscheinlich), sagen Sie was und es wird Ihnen gleich geholfen. Wir haben uns alle drei (unser Sohn ist 9) sehr liebevoll aufgenommen gefühlt. Auch haben wir gleich viel über Costa Rica gelernt und hilfreiche Tipps bekommen. Direkt am Hotel gibt es einige Tiere zu entdecken. Wir hatten das Glück, dass gleich am Hotel im Baum ein Faultier wohnte. Toucans trifft man täglich, wie Kolibris, wunderschöne Schmetterlinge und unterschiedliche Frösche. Das WLAN war so gut, dass wir beim nächsten Lockdown gern unser Homeoffice hierhin verlegen würden. 😉 Das ist ist vorzüglich. Das Gallo Pinto am Morgen war so lecker, dass auch die Abendkarte um mehr einheimische Speisen ergänzt werden sollte. Also, alles war mehr als nur prima! Vielen, vielen Dank für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Superbe établissement avec une vue incroyable sur la côte Pacifique. L’endroit est d’un calme et d’une sérénité incroyable. Les chambres sont modernes, épurées, spacieuses et très confortables. L’hôtel est perché sur la montagne Hatilla en pleine nature. Un peu dur à trouver (il faut dépasser de beaucoup la géolocalisation de google maps), mais on ne regrette pas les efforts pour y parvenir car l’endroit en vaut vraiment la peine. Sensation magique de bien-être. Personnel très prévenant et sympathique, restaurant délicieux.

Hotel pequeño, pero precioso, ideal para desconectar y relajarse, relativamente cercano de la carretera general (2,5 kiloómetros) y de las playas. El trato con el personal correctísimo. Gabriel, quien nos recibió y atendió durante nuestra estancia, simplemente encantador; Esteban, el gerente, super amabilísimo y tienen un chef que para sí quisieran hoteles de renombre. La estancia resultó por todo ello super encantadora.
