The room is big, the bed is comfortable, the service is OK, there is unlimited free bottled water, the hotel environment is particularly good, it is right next to the river street, it is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun, and it is very suitable for checking in and taking pictures, especially the rooftop restaurant on the top floor, which is beautiful. I highly recommend this location. The hotel is very nice and updated. It is in a great location with walking to lots of eating places and tourist shops. I would suggest a river view room if you are staying here. These have balconies and you can watch the River St. activity and see giant 1,000 foot cargo ships pass by your balcony close enough to wave at the crew on deck! The bed was super comfortable.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Stayed here for a quick getaway and it was a disaster from start to finish. • AC didn’t work – in the middle of summer. • Got slapped with a $250 fine for smoking on the balcony, even though it’s far from any public area or city life. Absolutely ridiculous. • Management is only good at charging extra fees. location was far from night life and the beauty of the city Save yourself the headache. Stay anywhere else. This place is a joke. $50 to park

On arrival we had immediate check in and our bellhop Elavian took us to our beautiful room overlooking the Savannah River. The room is immaculate and beautifully furnished. We are looking forward to touring River Street. Also looking forward to dinner in the hotel restaurant.

I am still here I arrived on Sunday June 26 and here all week. My room only has two drawers if my wife were here we would have no place to unpack. The rooms don’t have microwaves which are a convenience for travelers. The tv didn’t work for two nights if it rains it’s out. The bright spot were two front desk clerks Britany and Jonnasna they were exceptional in offering eating establishments as well as apologizing for any shortcomings especially the issues with the tv.

Kieare was fabulous! She was nice and attentive. Made our experience memorable. Thank you for making our experience excellent. I would definitely return to thus restaurant because of her customer service. I ordered the Double Smash Burger and it was excellent. I will definitely be back!

We spent one night at the hotel, and the stay was simply impeccable — clean, cozy, and with excellent service in every area. We enjoyed the rooftop and witnessed an unforgettable sunset. A special highlight goes to our server, Mayra, who took care of us with exceptional attention and warmth. She was not only professional and attentive to every detail, but also genuinely kind and welcoming. Mayra shared great tips about the city and made our experience even more memorable. Her hospitality truly made a difference — she’s a gem!
