Paradou Mediterranee, BW Signature Collection

Perfectly located , with well equipped and nice balcony rooms . Great free parking and a very nice pool area. The lobby and bar/restauraant areas are most spacious and pleasant. Breakfast buffet is generous and served by a most freindly waiter. The whole reception team is most friendly and welcoming and the hotel is within steps of an array of lovely restaurants in the harbour. We stayed only one night but could have easily spend more time there.

We had an excellent 3 night stay at the Paradou. The staff were incredibly friendly and really helpful. Many thanks to the chef who ensured I had no problems being lactose intolerant when ordering dinner and adapting the choices on offer for me! The breakfast buffet catered for a variety of tastes and even included soya milk, which was wonderful for me!! Our room was very comfortable with a beautiful sea view from the balcony. The whole hotel has a very relaxed feel about it with very comfortable chairs to sit in around the dining area and outside. It's the perfect spot to visit the South coast away from the large and busy cities.

It was very nice stay, in a property that has prime location for that area. Easy access to be beach and even though right on a street noise levels were not an issue. Room was a bit small for the value it offers and even though we had partial sea view, the views were still great. Great asset for this property is amazing service, from most of the staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable, happy to accommodate special requests and always serve clients with a smile. Value for money was not quite what we expected, but still it was a good property and a great stay.

I booked 2 triple rooms and one single room for 2 nights (20/21st July 2022) back in February 2022 to brought booking com. After the pandemic's uncertainties with travel abroad I took advantage of their free cancellation policy. I was aware that I wouldn't be able to cancel foc within 72 hours of our visit which was fine by me. Although *********** stated on my reservation that payment would be dealt with at the property I was shocked to find that my credit card was debited for the full amount of the three rooms fo the 2 nights 72 hours before arrival. This has never happened before with booking.com.Upon arrival we got told that this was nothing to do with them but the fat of booking.ckm. Having therefore taken out money they then informed us they only had one triple room available and that our other 7 years old grandson would have to sleep on a low to the ground pump up bed or bunk up in the single room with his uncle! I was told this wouldn't have happened if we had booked direct with them instead of ***********!! A couple with a child arrived at that moment and within seconds were shown to their triple room! They had our money, so we stayed and accepted their offer of a hundred euros rebate. It all smelled a bit fishy to us but we made the best of a bad job and still enjoyed the dightful port of Sausset and the nearby beaches.
