I really enjoyed our stay at Jungle Safari Resort. The hotel owner/manager Sangam greeted us when we arrived and before and after each adventure we went on. He is attentive to the needs of his guests. He is professional, kind and gracious. He arranged for us to have an outstanding and experienced guide, Gopal, for all of our activities. I have been to Chitwan previously and at that time enjoyed Gopal expertly pointing out interesting mammals, reptiles, & birds. But this was my first time going as a newbie birdwatcher, and boy did my appreciation for his eagle eye increase beyond measure! We saw 89 different species of birds in the first day and around 110 total between 2 days.

Beautiful resort located a few minutes walk from the national park, shops and river. The hotel room was very spacious and had all you need including water, tea, coffee and towels. The food was great, allowing you to request what you wanted for each meal. The staff were very friendly and polite, greeting me each time I returned and helping me when I broke my room key. Would recommend staying here!

Gopal was very knowledgeable and he showed me my favorite bird stork-billed kingfisher. Blue and yellow, always been my favorite color combination. He showed me the crocodiles on our walk which was a new thing for me to see and the baby rhinos and baby elephants. I greatly appreciate the experience, and Guapo made it as great as it was. He was a fantastic guide with a sharp eye for all the animals and knew the name and details of all the animals and plants I asked about. The treehouse was absolutely gorgeous, and the food is amazing too. Thank you for the amazing experience here in Chitwan. The canoe ride was also amazing with very clear water and very bright colors of all the animals and bright colored feathers on the birds. I would do it again for sure. I also met some people from Ohio and I am from Michigan so it was nice experiencing a day with people close by my home.

We had an amazing visit at the jungle safari resort. The meals were excellent and they provided bottles water for our day trips. The bathrooms were just like home and the room very nice. Our tour guide Gopil was excellent. We like birdwatching and he knew all the species to help us on canoe and on a jeep ride. He even went out of his way for us to see owls. I highly recommend this resort!

Beautiful hotel and Amazing staff. They cater to every need and the facilities are fantastic. Wish we stayed another day. The food never missed and our room was so clean and comfortable. I highly recommend anyone doing the safari tour to add an extra night at the hotel.

The staff was excellent and very friendly. They provided everything I needed, food, customized safari package, and a nice room. They’ll be able to answer any questions you might have and work out an itinerary that suits everyone. Definitely recommend.
