I stayed at Hotel Rainforest for two nights during my visit to Chitwan National Park. I give this hotel 4-stars because of the following criteria: The staff are very friendly and helpful. I give the staff and customer service 5-stars. The room I stayed in was definitely in need of a facelift: it looked and felt way past its prime. Also, although the bathroom window had a screen, it didn’t have a window 🤷🏻♂️ … I was told by the staff that this is the same in every bathroom, otherwise I would have asked to change rooms. I need to give the room I stayed in a 2.5-star. The food was good and was very reasonably priced considering the large portions they served. I give the hotel food a 4-star. The average of these first three categories is 3.83 but the reason I can give Hotel Rainforest a 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is because of front desk staff NIKITA who in my opinion is the most pleasant, cheerful m, friendly, kind, and helpful front desk hotel employee that I’ve met. It’s because of NIKITA that I give this hotel the 4-star rating! If the owner is reading this, please give this woman a significant raise!
