On arrival the appearance is less than welcoming - untidy looking at best. Initial reception went well. Room was standard however the window blind had fallen off. Only one additional pillow was available - for two people staying in a double room? On reporting the room blind broken, despite being told "I'll come with you to look" I was kept waiting for 15 minutes, in Reception whilst other 'new arrivals' were dealt with. We were then just given a different room - obviously there were insufficient staff available in this instance which was unsatisfactory.
The restaurant and bar area were very satisfactory as was the food provided for both dinner & breakfast.
We have stayed several times at this hotel over the years but will be looking for a different one on our next visit as we pass through the area.

We needed a stopover after taking the ferry to Toulon. We were horribly delayed and did not arrive at the hotel until 3am. However check in was easy and we slept well. Breakfast which we eat on our little terrace was good. Outside areas are a little scruffy but the room was spotless. Would recommend.

Easy to find, good facilities, clean. Room was quiet and had everything we needed, but we found it a little small. But for one night it was fine. Plenty of parking, everything worked, nice people at check out.

Hôtel au bord de l’autoroute, pratique pour faire une étape. La piscine est très agréable, petite, mais bien agencée. Les chambres autour avec une sorte de patio de pelouse appréciable. Petit déjeuner classique, pas terrible pour un IBIS. Propreté dans la salle de bain à revoir.

L’hôtel en lui-même est assez agréable pour une escale nocturne vers le sud, quant à la team qui dirige grosse déception comment ils fonctionnent !!! Vous êtes soupçonné de malhonnêteté quand vous oubliez un vêtement si vous n’êtes pas capable de donner la marque et la composition du tissu 😂 .. on ose imaginer que vous essayez de récupérer un vêtement qui ne vous appartient pas 🤨 nous déconseillons vivement… ☹️

Direction à la hauteur de l'hôtel !! Ils ne se remettent pas en cause sur une chambre "entièrement rénovée" qui est en piteux état, ni sur la propreté défaillante, ni sur le petit-déjeuner horrible....mais on me reproche de ne pas m'être manifesté en pleine nuit !?!? Nous n'avions qu'une hâte c'est de quitter cet endroit sinistre. Vous indiquez que j'ai refusé votre "geste commercial". Ni vous ni Accor ne m'a proposé un dédommagement à la hauteur de l'expérience et des risques routiers que vous m'avez fait prendre suite à cette nuit horrible !!! Vous m'avez proposé 30 € sur une arnaque à 135 € !!! Vous plaisantez !!!

Dommage, emplacement très bien situé et accueil très sympathique, mais mériterait une rénovation complète car fait un peut penser qu’il n’y a pas eu de rénovation depuis une vingtaine d’années…et tout est vieux
