Hotels Near Finish Line in Saugus

The hotel is new, clean and colourful. Nice to have hot chocolate drink upon check in. Coffee, tea, hot water, still water and sparkling water is available at lobby for self service 24/7. We had a nice morning walk to the nearby Revere Beach.

We had my sons Wedding events occur at this hotel and they were nothing short of spectacular! The rehearsal dinner, the staff and the overall experience was amazing. There were 78 people staying at the hotel for this wedding which is HALF of the total attendees and the back office and front office made every second special. The restaurant staff was AMAZING and accomodating! I cannot thank you enough and if you are looking for a wedding spot for your guests, you can find it here! This inn used to be really great, being cheaper than most and really well situated, being near Boston. The breakfast used to be really good also, but it’s not offered anymore. However the inn didn’t age really well. First the parking lot is in an awful state, so be careful with your car. Our room was in really bad shape: the bath tub was rusty, the AC noisy and there was a blind in the window, but no drapes, so the sunlight was entering the room by the side in the morning, waking us up. The ice machine wasn’t working. And there was only one set of towel in the room for two queen beds. Note that there is no service in the room, nobody come to make the beds and empty the trash. The worst part for us pas the problems with the door. On the second day of our stay, we realised that the door of the room wasn’t locking at all. We were assured that it would be fixes first thing in the morning, but when we arrived the following evening, the door was still unlocked. We were lucky that nothing was stolen. I tried to talk with a manager to request a discount and was told they would contact me during the week, but they never did. I tried to contact them through Expedia and they didn’t care to offer anything. Lately I tried to contact them directly and once again they assured me they would call me back, but 2 weeks later I still didn’t hear for them. This hotel and the management clearly didn’t care for their clients and the quality of their installation, so avoid this place.

Dont the unique decor of the hotel fool you. Outside the decor of the hotel, the rest is just gabbage, it shouldn't be part of the Hilton branch. I travel into Boston every week on assignment and it so happen that am currently staying in this hotel right now. I always have great experience in all the Hilton hotels I have been staying with except this particular one. I am suppose to be staying here for 4 days, and 3 day into my stay. Last night, as I was relaxing and having a cup of wine, the glass felt off my hand and spill on the bed. I had to use a towel to cover that side of the bed in order to be able to sleep on the bed till in the morning. I got in touch with the front desk at 7am this morning before going to work to let them know that I needed my bed sheet changed due to the spill drink. The lady at the front desk, assured me that it will be changed before I get back. when I got back from work at 3pm and got to my room, the bed sheet is still not changed. I called the front desk, to enquire as to why it wasn't changed. BILL at the front desk answered the phone and told me that, am not staying more than 4 days so, my room cant be clean. If I need towels, it can be send up stairs. I had to let him know again that, I had stopped at the front desk earlier today to let them know why I needed my bed sheet changed. From this point onwards he became condescending and repeat the same thing he said earlier of me not staying more than 4 days, and as I was about to say I will go down stairs to collect the bedsheet, he hang the phone on my ear. I call again to ask what was his reason for hanging up the phone on me, he didn't pick the phone. After that, I went down stairs to talk to him in person, and all he could say is, ”I did not hang up the phone, I thought you hang up, Maybe the phone got disconnected”. what a LAME ASS EXCUSE, for been UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE! This is the WORST experience I have ever had at a Hilton hotel and will never stay here again. Can't wait to check out

I would say the only thing positive about this location is the rooms. They are super clean and updated. As well as the night time manager is super accommodating. As far as the other employees they could care less. Night time manager even charged me half the deposit because I frequent here. The elevator is beat up and dated. The carpets in some hallways haven't been deep cleaned since the 1800s. Mostly all the soda and snack machines steal your money. The pool is surprisingly decent. I have only ever taken a swim once. The best thing is they allow animals for free. My little guy loves the night manager because he gives him treats constantly. This hotel has some super potential. Because you can hop on 93 and be in Boston with no traffic in 15 mins. Right next to market basket and some shopping/restaurants. If they renovated. Cleaned up and hired some more staff that care like the night shift manager, this place would be sold out every day without a doubt. Definitely room for improvement no doubt about that. But it is well worth the price. The rooms and beds are EXTREMELY nice. Just a drive away from Boston. Highly recommend solely off the rooms and beds in the room!

Terrific location within walking distance from everything. I loved the mid century modern decor. But best of all, I was so impressed with the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. We stayed three nights and one day my husband wasn’t feeling well. Unprompted the staff at the front desk brought up a tray of assorted teas and lemon. So while the parking may be inconvenient, you really just can’t beat the kindness. Thank you for a lovely stay.

My experience with this hotel is truthfully one of the best so far. The service was beyond great I was treated with respect. Also the two gentlemen working at the front desk stayed patient while helping me when I was having trouble with my card to make payment. Would stay there again and most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect stay.

Oct2022: 3⭐: I selected this hotel as a result of needing a place close to the house with easy access to the airport. I selected this hotel through the Bonvoy app based on it fitting the criteria I desired. I wasn't able to get to the hotel until the afternoon hours about 1700. I picked up my spouse from the airport and we decided to get her checked in at the hotel on the way to the hospital down the toll road. I noted that the hotel was difficult to enter and it took a bit of concentration to locate the front entrance of the hotel as it sits over top of the tollway 90. There were two handicapped parking areas available at the check in lot. There is a pay parking garage attached to the hotel and adjacent to the front entrance into the hotel. The parking garage has more handicapped parking areas available and regular parking as well. The areas are not good for large trucks or RVs. The entrance was located and I parked and we went into the hotel. We walked to the front desk and a female worker didn't greet us, didn't say hello, nor did she say welcome to the hotel. The worker said ”give me your id”. My wife was standing there to my side and I looked to see if there was someone else there we had stepped in front of or cut in line. There was no one there but us. My wife said what did she say? Is this the check in desk? I commented that this is the check in window, right? What happened to the smile, good afternoon, welcome to Sheraton, or just hello. DEMANDING my identification upon entering the building was definitely not appropriate. Having a bad day isn't MY fault. I have a choice to choose this location, not the other way around. We finished the check in at the desk, paid for parking, and we went to the room. We dropped off the bags and found that the bathroom door sags and does not properly close as it's hitting the bottom of the frame. One of the window blinds wasn't properly functional. The noise canceling device and the traffic was something to tolerate. Some vehicle drivers passing under the hotel on the tollway, enjoyed throttling the engine. This added noise to an already bad situation. Decent area food spots are walking distance from the hotel.

Stayed for a week at this location. Parking is plentiful and comes at no charge. The property could use a renovation as it's dated and showing the wear of the years. The floors in the room squeak/pop. The room was sufficient, clean, and comfortable. The television had plenty of channels including HBO 1 and 2. Breakfast was pretty good and always well stocked. I'd still stay again if I were in the area, to accumulate Hilton Honors points.
