This is an adorable bed and breakfast. Really enjoyed my stay. Perfect location for walking to the shops and restaurants in Saugatuck. The rooms are pristine (I was in Potrero Hill) and have adorably eclectic decorations, which I loved. Very nice outdoor patio and screened porch, which was lovely for coffee and breakfast in the morning. Molly made delicious breakfasts each day and was a wonderful source of area information and happenings as I started my day. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Saugatuck.

My wife and I stayed here while she was attending a one-day conference at the Saugatuck Arts Center, which is conveniently within walking distance of the Twin Oaks. The owner, Molly, is very clear about when and how to check in, and her communications were timely and appropriate. We knew what to expect when we arrived. Once we arrived, this was one of the best stays that we have ever enjoyed. The room was spotlessly clean, very neat, and well-appointed. Check-in was a snap, and Molly showed us through the B&B and the common areas. Breakfast is served at 9:00, and the food was most excellent. Parking is right there on-site, and spaces are clearly marked for Twin Oaks and the other places that share the parking. The place is decorated with interesting and engaging artwork, and the two resident dogs and the resident cat are a plus! A great variety of restaurants, ranging from coffee shops and pizza all the way to fine dining are within easy walking distance. We definitely will return next time we are in the area!

My father in law passed away three days before we were supposed to stay at this inn. I had influenza A and my mother was in the hospital. I called to cancel when I found out we would not be able to visit, and they charged us a $100 cancellation fee? I did not think that was fair.

I had a great 3 day stay at Twin Oaks. Molly greeted me when I arrived and gave me an introduction to the house. My room was well appointed and Molly assured me if there was anything I needed to just ask. Loved the special hot breakfasts each morning. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Saugatuck. Everything was perfect..I hope to return.

Clean and friendly. Easy parking. Nice rooms. The breakfast was classic B+B. Coffee always ready in the morning. Beautiful grounds yard and neighborhood. Very close and convenient to everything that Saugatuck has to offer. We would come back again.

First stay at a wonderful B&B in Saugatuck. Checked all our boxes: great location, beautiful house, comfy bed, friendly hosts and pets, great breakfasts, and reasonable price. We will definitely be back in the fall. Thanks Molly and Rob!!

We had a very nice stay at Twin Oaks. The owners were very personable. Breakfast was also super delicious both mornings. Our room was nice and clean, and had a cozy feel. The location is great, short walk into town to get dinner or shop around. We really enjoyed our stay, the environment was welcoming and inclusive. Also appreciated that we could do a 2 night stay, as we struggled to find places that didn’t have a 3 night minimum. Definitely look forward to coming back again, hopefully soon!

We planned a last minute get a way with high school and college friends and stayed at The Twin Oaks Inn in Saugatuck. It was a good central location for everyone and we couldn't have picked a better place. The Inn is lovely, the rooms are beautiful and there is so much attention to detail everywhere. Molly, the Innkeeper is very welcoming and fun to talk to. The common areas are cozy and a convenient place to gather. The November weather prevented us from trying out the great looking side porch and outdoor area in back, but they would be wonderful on warmer days. Molly's breakfasts were so delicious and just beautifully presented. We had such a great time we are hoping to plan another visit when we can take over all of the rooms!
