Queen bed in bedroom, ensuite bath with shower and laundry room. A/C, ceiling fans & shady setting. Private parking and outdoor garden area. Perfect stay for a couple + pets. Be sure to take advantage of the popular restaurant The Southerner right next door. My husband and I (and our doodle) had a lovely stay at the Roost! The Cottage was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is great and downtown is easily accessible on foot or a short car ride.

Great stay
Perfect location. Close to town and beautiful Lake Michigan. Great restaurants and many art galleries. Doe and 2 fawns were close by!

Quick getaway
Excellent location. Convenient location. Comfortable, clean & happy with the stay. The Wo-go was slow & useless but outside of that it was well worth the stay & would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Christmas is July
Such a cute little cottage!!! So clean and darling. Handy for marina and walks into town along waterfront. Wonderful spot!!! Have stayed here before and love being back!

The most perfect Saugatuck stay!
As frequent travelers and having been to Saugatuck several times, not only was this our favorite Saugatuck stay yet, but one of our absolute favorite vacation rentals overall! The house was immaculate, so cozy, quiet and comfortable. The proximity to everything was wonderful-- walkable to everything downtown, yet removed enough from all of the crowds and hustle and bustle. Amy was a wonderful, communicative host and the house had everything we could possibly need and more! We cannot wait to come back and stay again-- it will be our go-to Saugatuck rental from now on!

Great stay and location. Perfect size for couple getting away. 3rd trip out to Saugatuck, and easily our fave place stayed. Directly next to the Southerner, still very quiet. We’d pick it again.
