Excellent service from Alex! the hotel and restaurant are top notch, great location, best spot at Laguna Azul, and superb food. All in all a must-see in Laguna Azul, Tarapoto Peru. Come with family or solo for a reasonable budget ans true experience.

The hotel is two meters away from the pier!! You have access to a kayaking experience anytime and a boat trip around the whole lake - included. During our stay, it was all quiet, great place to relax. The receptionist Julio Cesar was exceptional during our check-in and check out (we had some problems with Booking, he took care of it!).

Alex from the kitchen staff, Jimena from the front desk and Eliseo our tour guide made our stay in La laguna Azul an amazing experience from beginning to end they were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They even set a table at the pier to have dinner with a great view of the lagoon. I give a 5 stars great please and staff with affordable prices.

Atención perfecta y cuartos limpios con todas las comodidades, Pisina hermosa y frente a Laguna Azul, relajante, para pasarlo en familia, pasamos divertidos momentos que quedaron en nuestra memoria, aunado a ello en la laguna pescamos gracias que un poblador de sauce la señora Rosa Sangama nos presto su ansuelos de pesca, lo que demuestra la cordialidad de la gente de Sauce

Hotel Laguna Azul recomendado, con buena calidad de atención por parte de su personal desde la recepción y los mozos, un hotel bonito para disfrutar en familiar tiene área de niños, uso de sus Kayak y **b del paseo en bote. Sus potajes A1 buena y rica sazón

La atención meticulosa de Alex lo máximo, y los detalles se refleja en cada aspecto, desde la decoración que fusiona modernidad y encanto local hasta las delicias culinarias que deleitan el paladar. No es solo un hotel, es una experiencia más allá de las expectativas. Además de la vista impresionante a la Laguna Azul, El hotel Laguna Azul no es solo un lugar para qued****, es un destino en sí mismo.
