Rest in the hotel is satisfied with breakfast in Thai style, there are vegetables, fruit and Thai food. 7/11 The nearest, fruit, a common food near the Ambassador There is a shop next to the hotel on the map, in fact it is not available Before the route there is a free electric car on the beach sell fruit, fish, corn, shrimp The nearest cafe, to get to the free electric car and walk 50 meters to the right (the opposite side of the Ambassador). Prices as everywhere, close, delicious. Sea clean for Pattaya, but floats trash. Rooms are huge. Furniture is not functional. Several times were asked to poison the mosquitoes on the receptors. There are no chairs and tables on the balcony, and it is not isolated from the neighboring balconies. Taxi through the bolt 160 batt app to the center.

Excellent stay. Rooms were very spacious, service was good particularly the room cleaning personnel. Took time to thoroughly clean and change the bedsheet of the room. Food was amazing as well, I think it’s the standout feature of this hotel. Pools and facilities are lively and very attractive. However one feedback I would like to provide is there are some houseflies flying around in the twist restaurant, breakfast dining. Flies were spotted 2 days throughout my 3 night stay

My family comes here every year. Pinnacle is a beautiful, big resort with lots of trees, flowers and gardens! Atmosphere is really relaxing. Nice clean beach. The Resort Room is their newly renovated room and great for the price. The bed is so comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, restaurant is outdoor seating. There is beach club next door that plays music. You can walk to Glasshouse from the hotel.

Really a nice hotel .....definitely will stay here again for my next visit. A good breakfast is served everyday. And a relaxing beach is just near the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay for 3 nights here. 👍

Except the checking staff had given a good tour of the room facilities at check in, service was an overpriced Hyatt hotel.  No one came to my room to clean up when there was no one inside from 9:15am to 4pm and their staff finally came at around 5pm on 25 Dec.  Their Christmas Eve Buffett was super overpriced at Pattaya standard (THB 4000 each adult with no drink included) and the Buffett had little selections, just give you basic 4 star Hyatt hotel selection elsewhere given the price charged.  And no one remember to send the electronic invoice after checked out.  Overall not a Hyatt franchise hotel you will repeat, plenty of other choices for the price.  Also did not see any staff at gate all the way to my room when I get off Grab ride at 11pm on 26 Dec.

Though the location is a bit far from the town centre, it at the same time is a very quiet and peaceful place to stay that you can get away from crowd. Suitable for travalers who drive, around 30-min drive from town centre. The room with private pool is super nice, the hygenic condition and the room quality is great, what is being lack maybe a full-length mirror. The staff there is nice and helpful, especially the one called Kwan, whose sincere attitude does impress me. Overall there is not much to criticise and will definitely stay again if i visit Pattaya again im future.
