"The room is clean, the bed is very soft and comfortable. I chose a room with a beautiful sea view both in the morning and evening. I went to sit at the accommodation's bar. The atmosphere is very good. In the evening, it is a bit hot, but the view is beautiful. The night market, 7-Eleven, and the night market are very convenient for finding food. If I have a chance, I will definitely go back to stay again."

Bathroom: The room with the bathtub is very large.
Bed: Very comfortable to sleep on. There are 2 sizes of pillows that are suitable for a variety of people.
TV viewing area: comfortable chairs to sit and relax without having to lay down on the bed at all.

Very Good
PPui Vunmy first solo trip for my birthday, and I had a truly wonderful stay at U-Pattaya. The room was beautiful with an incredible view, especially for a sunset lover like me!
The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and made my stay extra special. I want to give special compliments to a few people:
Aod (Night Shift): I was taking pictures alone late at night for my birthday, and Aod took the time to leave his work and offer his help. He also suggested me to visit the swimming pool and take some pictures, which was an amazing idea!
May and Yui (F&B): I’d like to express my heartfelt thanks to May and Yui for helping me during the breakfast time. After I checked out, I was enjoying some mocktails by the pool, and May approached me for a small chat. She made me feel warm and less lonely. She’s incredibly sweet, friendly, and professional. Kan also made sure to check on me frequently to see if I needed anything, which I greatly appreciated.
Miguel: He was friendly and professional during check-in and even walked me to my room, which was a lovely touch.
Bom: Bom was very friendly, greeting me and checking in to see how my stay was going upon checked out
I was a little disappointed with the experience at checkout. I called reception to inform that I would be coming down in 10 mins as I wasn’t feeling well and almost done with the luggage. However, the bellman came up in 5 mins and waited outside the door with it open which made me feel uncomfortable.
Thank you for the lovely decoration and cake. I will definitely be back for another stay!

AAaliyah’s TripGood morning just fresh out from the resort. We booked ocean view villa. The view was completely nice. We got our own private pool. Include breakfast- we can choose floating breakfast or going downstairs.
The dine in food was AMAZING 🤩. The whole staying we order soooo many food at late night. Yum, Tom yum, Green curry, shrimp soup, truffle soup, crab omelet, pad kra pao seafood - these are all what we order and the bill was ~2200฿ which I think it’s reasonable

The room is quite clean, except that I found cockroach in the master bedroom-bathroom. Also I park overnight at the parking lot in front of lobby and it turns out there is the dirt and resin from the tree all over my car.
Overall it is still a good place to stay and i might probably come back.

JJonThe hotel is situated at the outskirt of Pattaya by the sea, perfect for those looking for a getaway from the bustling city. The infinity pool is spectacular with great seaview. Breakfast is also fantastic, with loads of variety. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is about a 30-minute drive to the Pattaya walking street / Pattaya Central World. It is not recommended to stay here if you are looking for fun in the centre of Pattaya.

The front desk staff is very helpful with a smile. The staff in the restaurant may need some more training during the breakfast time or they may be understaffed. The maintenance team responded very quickly when the TV could not connect to the internet, and they arrived within 10 minutes of the call.

The room size is quite spacious and looks new. One very important thing is that the view is absolutely stunning.

ZZi JingWe picked this hotel because it looked super beautiful and aesthetic, however we were slightly disappointed in person.
First off, the room was modern, chic and stylish, however I can’t help feeling that the room utilization made it feel a little smaller than it is. The toilet and bathroom are partitioned, which is great, but there are no towel hangers in the shower, only in the toilet, which makes it kind of weird as you’ll have to make the floor wet just to retrieve a towel after showering.
The room is also not spotless clean, as in we had to use the hotel slippers to walk around, otherwise we kept getting specks and dust stuck to our feet walking inside the room. The outdoor bathtub was huge and deep, which we enjoyed. Maybe an improvement could be having an anti-slip mat as it was slippery in the tub.
Otherwise, the room was great, albeit feeling a little small.
The breakfast was superb. Each person can have up to 3 choices from an a-la-carte menu, which was the highlight of the meal — super delicious. There is also a buffet with limited extra options to supplement your main courses/desserts made to order.
The rooftop pools do give a pretty decent view however it was a little small and overcrowded. Overall I’d give it 4/5.

Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.
