The staff on the day of check-in (July 29th) was not very friendly because when I booked the room, I stated that(trip.com) I needed two double beds and two extra pillows and a quilt for each room but she said could not provide it immediately and needed to rearrange. She was impatient for that. When I entered the room, I felt it was very unclean. There was dust, hair, and stains in the room. The room lacked maintenance. It felt like I was given a room that was under maintenance. Another is better but the door hard to open. There are cracks in the door frame. Both rooms with four sagging mattresses . All six of us slept poorly. The first night, my younger son had a fever. Later, my mother, brother and I were also infected with influenza A and had a fever. The doctor thought that maybe the hotel room was not clean. I chose the hotel because I believe the brand reputation is guaranteed, but this time I was very disappointed.

The hotel is situated at the outskirt of Pattaya by the sea, perfect for those looking for a getaway from the bustling city. The infinity pool is spectacular with great seaview. Breakfast is also fantastic, with loads of variety. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Overall, I would say it's a decent resort. Great view, nice pool and fantastic breakfast. However, I was initially allocated to room 1017, there were several power generators or air con machines(not sure) on my end kept running, the noise was so loud that I can hear the machines kept running even with the windows closed. I asked the reception to change to the room. After back and forth(I felt the reception didn't act promptly), I was allocated to room that's facing the under-maintenance pool with a balcony(same room size according to the booking website), which was quiet, something I felt grateful. Nonetheless, I turned the air con to 28 degree for my typical sleeping temperautre. The room's floors started getting extremely wet, I almost slipped. The next morning, I asked the room mainence staff, he said temperature higher than 24 would make the floor wet, so I had no choice but to turn down the air con during my sleeping time. I also encountered the socket connection problem, my phone couldn't charge on the end of my bed. The staff had to come and fix it. Hopefully the facility could be more well-equipped, whether the under-maintenence pool(which I didn't know before I check-in or book), or the room's problems I mentioned above

I think it’s a best hotel resort in Pattaya!!! Staff is the best!! Cuisine is great!!! Beach is clean!!!! Room is nice !!!

My boyfriend and I stayed there for two nights right after arriving Bangkok. It’s been an amazing experience with very nice breakfast buffet. Within the resort, you could try a lot of different facilities eg swimming pools and gym centre. You could chill out the whole day enjoying sunbath and poolside drinks. A kinda escaping from reality vibe you could immerse yourself into! The only thing is you have to get your bolt app well set up for getting a car down to city centre but that’s fine too! Loved it!

Hotel is quite far and quite some distance to the center Pattaya. The toilet shower kept having a smell to come out which is unbearable while unbelievable as a Marriott group hotel. Stayed 2 nights but hotel did not even replenish some common toilet consumables. Other hotel service is good though. The swimming pool is great. But with the bad points above, can’t believe will come back to stay again.

Exceptional Service Provided by the Housekeeping team during my stay! During our stay, we found the pillows too soft for our liking. The housekeeping lady has taken note we put a towel underneath the pillows for 3 nights. On our 4th night, she proactively addressed the issue & provided us with a firmer pillow and added a mattress to our bed, which greatly enhanced the quality of our sleep. Her attentiveness and dedication to ensuring our comfort did not go unnoticed, and we are truly grateful for her efforts.

The hotel is very beautiful, good atmosphere. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. Breakfast room, delicious food Polite service staff and excellent service I definitely have to come back and stay again.

I had an absolutely amazing time at Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.

The staff are nice , the agency book the wrong room type to hotel . I booked twin room but trip book delux room for me but hotel change the proper room for me. Location is great. There is halloween activities for kid on that day.

No staff or system to handle those EV cars that are fully charged. (The free one)
